In the middle, there is a counter with 2 stools, perfect for cooking or having breakfast while enjoying the views!   The kitchen has a smart fridge with an ice cube dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and all the necessary utensils for cooking.   DINING ROOM: The dining room is spacious and bright, and connects with the kitchen and the terrace. There is a comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a wooden dining table. There is also a small play corner for the youngest members of the family, with a table, games, and 2 armchairs.   TERRACE: the terrace overlooks the private pool and the sea. It is bright and wide and is equipped with two hanging armchairs and a table with 4 chairs. There are also two outdoor heaters to be able to enjoy it also in winter.   SUITE 1: The first suite is located at the entrance of the house, and is divided into three spaces. DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD   Premià de Dalt is a village in the Maresme region located above Premià de Mar, which enjoys spectacular views of the sea from the mountain.   From the village, there are several trails to walk and visit the natural environment. You can visit the Font del Pericó, or the Roca de Cavall. In Premià you will also find shops and restaurants to discover the gastronomy of the area. Next to the house, there is the Agrobotiga Premià de Dalt, where you will find local and organic products.   In the middle of June Premià de Mar celebrates the Pirates Festival, where the whole town is divided into pirates and premiarencs and decorates streets and balconies to celebrate it! HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA   The house is located in the upper part of Premià de Dalt.   In this location, we recommend the use of a car (or a cab) if you want to visit the surrounding villages. The house has parking and on the same street, you can park easily and freely.   TAXI: if you want to make just a few car trips it can be a good option, it is always necessary to reserve in advance. CAR: in this location, we highly recommend the use of a private car to move easily around the area, to go shopping, to visit the surrounding towns, and to get to Barcelona in about 30 minutes.   TRAIN: The nearest train station is Premià de Mar, where you can take a train to Barcelona or to all the coastal villages towards La Costa Brava. To get from the house to the train station we recommend the use of a taxi.

There are many companies and coastal towns in the surroundings that offer all kinds of activities that we will be happy to recommend!   In Alella and all over El Maresme there are many restaurants, and in summer on the beaches there are beach bars, the chiringuitos!     HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA                                                                             The house is located in Alella.   In this location we recommend the use of the car (or a cab) if you want to visit the surrounding villages, as it is an isolated house. The house has enough parking for several cars.   TAXI: if you are not going to make many trips it can be a good option, but it is always necessary to book in advance.   CAR: in this location we recommend the use of a private car to move easily around the area, to go shopping, to visit the surrounding villages and to get to Barcelona in less than 25 minutes.   TRAIN: the nearest train station is El Masnou. The house is next to the beach, 8 minutes walk from Playa del Caballón and Primera Platja and is well connected, 10 minutes walk from the Arenys de Mar train station.   The flat is part of the emblematic hermitage of Montcalvari, which for many years was the last place on land that the fishermen of Arenys de Mar would set foot on before going to sea.   Inside, the house is spacious and completely renovated. It hosts a maximum of 4 people in two rooms: a private double room and a semi-open room.   The private room is a double room with a double sofa bed. It is equipped with a wooden desk with natural light and views to the sea and the little boats in the harbour.   The semi-open room is separated from the dining room by a wooden panel and has a bright exterior window.   The house has a toilet with a shower.   The dining room is spacious, with exterior windows and bright. One of the largest fishing ports in Catalonia is a 5-minute drive away. Overall, we recommend it to all our guests to enjoy some good fresh seafood! Also, you can go to any bar on the beach (our famous XIRI, as we say colloquially) to try a real paella or have something accompanied by some tapas. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.  - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.  - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
