Description
LOFT with PRIVATE PATIO, very BRIGHT and nicely decorated! A 5-minute walk from the BEACH of Vilassar de Mar, 25 minutes drive from BARCELONA.
THE SPACE
LOFT 58 is an apartment located in the centre of the beautiful village of Vilassar de Mar, on a very accessible first floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The patio, bright and full of life, merges with the space when we open the doors.
The loft is accessed through a bright entrance hall crowned by a full-length mirror. The entrance communicates with the rest of the apartment through a corridor that houses the TOILET, decorated with ultramarine tones, and the independent SHOWER space, which is closed with a sliding door.
In this LOFT the kitchen, the living room with sofa-bed, the bedroom space, and the patio come together.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is perfectly equipped, takes care of all the details, and is organized around a high American-style countertop and cooking space, with high stools to eat or have a coffee!
ROOM SPACE
LOFT 58 has a double bed and a double sofa bed that is easy to assemble and disassemble. It is ideal for couples looking to spend a few days near the beach in the centre of the beautiful town of Vilassar de Mar!
LIVING ROOM
The sofa-bed space is also equipped with a central table and a projector, straightforward to connect and ready for you to enjoy the movies and series that accompany you!
PATIO
The loft leads out onto a beautiful patio equipped with a large high table, stools, and two sun loungers, ideal for relaxing! Scent lovers will discover some aromatic plants in small hanging pots on the patio. It is the perfect place to have a glass of wine on summer evenings, read a good book, or have a morning coffee.
A pet is accepted but on request. Please consult the conditions.

Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us!
We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability.

Please, we hope that if you wish to book LOFT 58 you will commit to maintaining a responsible and rational consumption of scarce natural resources.
We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport.
You can move around on foot, by taxi or taking the train, using the bus or you can move in combination.
It is always more convenient to have a vehicle to be able to explore more places or go shopping at the supermarket.
There are different services and lines that connect Vilassar de Mar with the surroundings and Barcelona
The train stations are called VILASSAR DE MAR and CABRERA DE MAR-VILASSAR DE MAR.
The city is about 30-40 minutes by car.

IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

We give independence to our guests, but we are available if they need us.

Cost of tourist tax: € 1 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years old
- Deposit: it will be made on arrival through a credit card pre-authorization.
- Signature of the house rules.
- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.
It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures—extremely clean and very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. It’s situated in a village just 30 minutes by train from Barcelona, which is very easy to access from the apartment. The village is peaceful, only a few blocks from the beach, offering a very relaxing environment. Sonia provided all the necessary information for public transportation, making it easy to get from the airport to the apartment and to Barcelona as well. This made a big difference, as we simply followed her instructions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Title: A Perfect Getaway! I recently stayed at this stunning Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped and very clean and tidy. The apartment is in the centre of ViIassar de Mar where there are plenty of restaurants, play parks and it’s very close to the beach. Overall we had a great time and would definitely visit again.

Logement propre, agréable et bien aménagé. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans des rues proches du logement. Environ 12 minutes pour aller à la plage à pieds ou prendre le train. Logement qui dispose de la climatisation, lieu calme. Accueil très agréable, en français si besoin, hôtes disponibles si besoin.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful small town just 30min train ride away from Barcelona. Apartment had everything we needed and was perfectly located just nearby restaurants and coffee places and beach was only few minutes away. Communication was effortless and we received help and tips throughout our stay, really pleased with this experience and recommend the place for anyone looking for a calm place with easy access to Barcelona and surroundings.

Очень уютная и красивая квартира с современным дизайном. Все очень чисто. Патио очень удобное и комфортное. Нас было 4 чел (2 взрослых и 2 ребёнка) - места хватило всем. Хозяйка Helena очень дружелюбная, дала нам очень полезные советы по покупке проездных билетов на транспорт. Недалеко есть супермаркет. Отличная квартира! Спасибо большое Helena! Нам все очень понравилось! /// Apartamento muy acogedor y hermoso con diseño moderno. Todo muy limpio. El patio es muy cómodo y cómodo. Éramos 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños), había suficiente espacio para todos. La anfitriona Helena es muy amable, nos dio unos consejos muy útiles para comprar pases de transporte. Hay un supermercado cerca. Gran apartamento! Muchas gracias Helena! ¡Nos ha gustado mucho todo!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille. Le logement est impeccable, l’accueil est chaleureux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait d’avoir de nombreux commerces à proximité immédiate et de pouvoir accéder très simplement au centre de Barcelone grâce au train ( gare à quelques minutes à pieds du logement)

Helena was amazing! Very kind and patient, would always be willing to help and accommodate us. The place was better than we expected, felt right at home and safe. Trains were walkable distance. Shops, cafe and restaurants in the area. Beach view aswell. Will definitely be staying there next time we visit Barcelona!

Stunning apartment in a perfect location, easy to access Barcelona with the train. The apartment felt just like home, we didn’t want to go! 🙂 There is really nice square just on the corner with bars and a really cool playground, which our daughter enjoyed so much. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous étions à la recherche à la fois de calme et proximité avec Barcelone pour pouvoir aller visiter la ville tous les jours. C’est très bien desservi en transport. Même en février, hors saison, la ville est calme mais vivante avec un cadre de vie très agréable. Le logement est fidèle aux photos et à la description. Il faut préciser que la cuisine est vraiment fonctionnelle et de bonne qualité. L’hôtesse est très réactive et elle a su s’adapter à nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande sincèrement ce studio qui est une petite perle!

It was nice stay in comfortable and modern accommodation with all we need for stay : microwave, oven, dishwasher , washing machine. Overall accommodation is lovely, cosy place and friendly welcome with instructions and advices. Big thank you ❤️ Suggestions or improvements: Was upset about TV didn’t work but I believe owners will sort this and also problem with parking: all free parking spaces always were occupied. And was surprised to pay deposit but it was refunded with no problem.

¡Alojamiento muy moderno y acogedor! La terraza era perfecta en verano. El mobiliario y el mobiliario del apartamento no dejaron nada que desear. Excelente ubicación, casi a pie de playa. También la estación de tren hacia Barcelona está muy cerca. Sonia nos recibió calurosamente. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo:) /// Sehr moderne und gemütliche Unterkunft! Die Terasse war perfekt bei sommerlichem Wetter. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnung ließen uns keine Wünsche offen. Sehr tolle Lage, fast direkt am schönen Strand. Auch der Bahnhof Richtung Barcelona ist sehr nah. Sonia hat uns herzlichst empfangen. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben 🙂

We had a lovely time in this apartment, it was modern and clean and conveniently located. It had everything for a beach stay that you might need, all the appliances and amenities worked perfectly and the apartment was spacious. The walk to the beach was about 7-8 minutes and there’s plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We were really well hosted, the communication was great and we were given many recommendations proactively. We felt right at home! Would highly recommend this home!

Fue todo un acierto, nos alegramos mucho de haber elegido este alojamiento para nuestras vacaciones. La ubicación es muy buena, tanto para dar un paseo hasta la playa como para acercarte a cualquier zona de restaurantes. Cuenta con una terraza estupenda que además da mucha luminosidad al piso. Viajamos con un bebé de menos de 4 meses, así que el hecho de que fuera tan espacioso y sin escaleras, fue muy positivo. Todo estaba súper limpio y la atención de los anfitriones magnífica. Una experiencia de 10. De hecho, pronto nos pondremos de nuevo en contacto con ellas para repetir.

Super nice stay in a lovely picturesque street, just as the description mentions it’s very well located in the heart of the town. It was a 20 min drive from Barcelona. We enjoyed a day at the beach with crystal clear water and had a delicious lunch in a beach restaurant. Three minute walk from the flat. Incredibly comfy bed and sofa-bed, really nice bedsheets. We found everything we needed, it’s brand new and very well equipped. Sonia has been very kind and welcoming, she gave us some good recommendations and told us about a bigger airbnb just upstairs, it hosts six people. We will defenitely come back with our family soon.
