GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is located in El Masnou, a town with a maritime character, with a large marina 1km away, full of good restaurants, bars, pubs, a nightclub, and places to have a drink or a good aperitif in front of the sea. El Masnou is located in the heart of El Maresme, a really quiet and relaxing area, with crystalline beaches, and a promenade that reaches Barcelona, for lovers of cycling or outdoor sports.
The house is near the Barcelona Catalunya Circuit, for lovers of Formula 1, Moto GP or the many events that take place throughout the year.
El Masnou is a town located very close to Barcelona (about 17 km) about 15 minutes by car, well connected by highway, road or train. This town is adjacent to Alella, a wine area, and wineries with a lot of charm to make a wine tourism route through the different vineyards of the Alella Denomination of Origin.
It has many shops where you can buy and taste the local wines, as well as a long list of good restaurants where you can savor the charms of Mediterranean cuisine.

ENTRANCE HALL: from the street, we access the main floor. Upon entering, we already see the beautiful views from the living room windows. In the hall, we find an ideal space to prepare to go out, wait for those who are always late or take off your shoes as soon as you arrive and feel at home.
KITCHEN: It is located to the left of the hall. Fully equipped with new appliances and everything you may need for a more comfortable stay. In the centre, there is a large island with stools where you can prepare delicious breakfasts or the food that we will take on an excursion or to the beach.
It has sliding doors and an extractor to prevent kitchen odours from coming out if you wish.
DINING ROOM: An open area that is in front of us as soon as we enter through the door and cross the hall. The sofa area is at the left, with a fireplace in the corner. To our right is the dining table, all new furniture, designed for each corner, even so, it does not steal the spotlight from the light that enters through the windows, the sight that surrounds us and its large terrace.
TERRACE: It has an outdoor dining table and comfortable armchairs from where we can see the sunrises and sunsets and also, the large garden can be controlled.
Following the hall, before entering the living room, we find the stairs at your right, that leads to the ground floor, and after the corridor to the bedrooms. Before reaching the door that closes the landing of the rooms there is a toilet.

GARDEN: a large space to play, or lie down in the sun, or else there is also a fantastic "hammock" hanging between two trees to take a peaceful nap in the shade.
PRIVATE POOL: if we continue walking through the garden to the other side, we will find the pool area with a shower, sun loungers and a pleasant porch with armchairs to control the children while they bathe and from where we can continue to be protected by the beautiful view.

Cabrils is a charming little town known for its good restaurants, its gastronomic fair and its music fair. Cabrils is located on the north coast of Barcelona in the Maresme region.
The village has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers. Also, throughout the Maresme, we find family beaches with calm waters and golden sand...

We enter the house through a large entrance dominated by a centenary olive tree, forming a small square that leads to the main entrance of the house. We enter the house through a distributor illuminated by a ceiling window and which leads to a courtesy toilet and the large living room with fireplace, which surprises us with its views of the large infinity pool, located on the same level and the vegetation that can be seen through the large windows. Next, we find a spacious and beautiful kitchen with high-end appliances, also with large windows from which you have direct access to the pool and the garden. Annexed to the kitchen, there is a laundry room with direct access to the rear of the garden.From the kitchen leads to the family room which also has access to the pool area. All the windows in these rooms are hidden within the walls, so in summer the interior and exterior of the house are confused in the same space. We go back to the kitchen and descend to the lower floor by a staircase with glass and wood sides. On this floor, we find a multipurpose room, where you can enjoy a home cinema, billiards, and a bar. This room has a large aquatic window that, similar to aquariums, can be seen inside the pool. From it, you can access the terrace located on the lower level of the plot and where the barbecue integrated into the stone wall is located. On this same floor, there is a toilet.In all these plants the floor is made of high-quality natural parquet. The upper floor is accessed from the main entrance hall and in it we find 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The walls of all the bathrooms are made of micro cement. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
- Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.

We are very strict with the rules because the houses that we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

THE RESIDENTIAL AREA IS QUIET AND UNTRAVELED.The accommodation, the environment, and the outdoors are ideal for the little ones in the house.
TARRACO HAS SPECTACULAR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SPACES, COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS TO ENJOY WITH COMPANY.Besides drawing and doing puzzles, you can also play table football and use the basketball hoop and soccer goals at the front of the house to enjoy the outdoors even more.
TARRACO HOUSE The house is spread over 3 floors.
MAIN FLOOR On this main floor, we find the DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, a DOUBLE BEDROOM and a BATHROOM with shower. It is at the same level as the GARDEN and POOL, there is access to the garden where there is a nice CHILL OUT area, also a comfortable space to eat, just in front of the kitchen.
UPSTAIRS There is where are the rest of the double bedrooms (3). 1 BEDROOM with terrace and private bathroom and 2 BEDROOMS sharing a bathroom.
DOWNSTAIRS There is a GAME'S ZONE, ideally smaller than the house.
The house has a PRIVATE POOL in the same property and, in the neighbourhood community, there is also an AREA with a LARGE SHARED POOL.
You can easily park in front of your house, within the same residential area.
Very close to the house, you will find the Cal Jalpí park, it is a charming and well-kept large park that has trails for cycling or walking.
That is why the owners make available bicycles of various sizes to go on the trails and discover the area. Bicycles must be requested in advance and at the latest on the day of arrival during the welcome.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS: TARRACO is exclusive to its guests. ACCESS AND PARKING Street access is private and only used by residents of the urbanization.Vehicles cannot enter the property, but they can be parked for free on the street, respecting the neighbour's garages. PRIVATE GARDEN Please respect the garden areas and preserve them. THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL We expect our guests to respect the dress code and rules of use, as well as not enter the house with wet clothes.In this area, there are also sunbeds for sunbathing. SHARED POOL Residents in the neighbourhood community have access to the facilities.Access rules, clothing requirements, and pool hours must be followed. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD The house is between Arenys de Munyt and Arenys de Mar which is the village with one of the largest fishing ports in Catalonia. We usually recommend it to all our guests to enjoy very good fresh fish and seafood, just freshly caught.
Also, you can go to any xiri (small beach restaurants) to taste a real paella or have a drink with typical tapas!
The house is 10 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from the centre of Barcelona. We are very lucky for our location, close to Barcelona, but with all the advantages of being in a quiet town, close to the coast to enjoy the sea, the beach and all our gastronomic offers.
