Spacious and bright house with a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL and a cozy BBQ AREA. The house is located in Cabrils, close to the BEACH and the MOUNTAIN! Just 30 MIN FROM BARCELONA CENTRE- 10 MINUTES FROM THE BEACH - 25 MIN FROM CATALUNYA CIRCUIT MONTMELÓ (F1-MGP)
It is decorated with a beautiful olive tree that shades the NATURAL GRASS. There is a PRIVATE POOL with SUN LOUNGES, deckchairs, and chairs. There is also a PERGOLA/PORCH, equipped with a big table and chairs, and the BBQ BARBECUE area behind the porch. An ideal place to spend time outdoors during the warm summer nights, or the soft winter mornings!

Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us!

In high season, the arrival time must be notified as in advance as possible.

DURING THE WELCOME AND DELIVERY OF KEYS

- City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
Cost of tourist tax: € 1 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years old

It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
The house is located in a residential area of very quiet single-family houses. Several services are available within a very short drive: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and traditional shops.
Cabrils is a charming little town known for its good restaurants, its gastronomic fair, and its music fair. Cabrils is located on the north coast of Barcelona, in the Maresme region.
The village has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers. Also, throughout the Maresme, we find family beaches with calm waters and golden sand...

There are different services and lines that connect Cabrils with the surroundings and Barcelona
-TAXI: There is a regular TAXI service.
All services should be booked in advance.
- BUS: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.
-TRAIN: The closest train station is VILASSAR DE MAR.
The route to Plaça Catalunya takes between 25 and 35 minutes.

It is about 30-40 minutes by car.

'LA MOSTRA' - THE EXHIBITION: Gastronomic, Commercial and Crafts Fair
As part of the Festa Major de Santa Helena in August, it is an event that allows us to taste the most representative dishes, wines and cavas in the region.
MUSICAB: The Cabrils Music Festival
It is one of the main cultural events in Cabrils. Created in 1989, it has always been closely related to classical music. In 2015, the festival made a change of projection evolving into a more eclectic format.
The concerts are held over several weekends in July and August. They have also incorporated a new morning format to bring music closer to the little ones.

Me gustó que hubiera flexibilidad en cuanto a la llegada y la salida. Es bueno ser recibido personalmente a la llegada. Funcionó bien con 8 adultos en la casa - había mucho espacio para todos. /// Dejligt at der var fleksibilitet i forhold til ankomst og afrejse. Godt at blive taget imod personligt ved ankomst. Det fungerede fint at være 8 voksne i huset - der var god plads til alle.

We had a lovely stay in beautiful surroundings. The house stayed cool in the heat. The kitchen was well provided with equipment. Plenty of areas to relax inside and outside the house. Lovely clean pool. The area was quiet and away from main tourist areas, but near enough to the beach, bars and restaurants, buses and trains (5 - 10 minute drive). Hosts were very helpful, adjusting our check-in time to fit in with travel delays. They sent lots of local information, from restaurants, to supermarkets, to the best train tickets to buy. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would love to return another year.

¡Gran anfitrión que fue amable y muy servicial desde el primer contacto! ¡Esto ha sido de gran ayuda para que la estancia sea exitosa! La zona es hermosa, el jardín encantador y la piscina muy buena! Hay que tener un coche si alquilas esta casa, ya que es bastante remota para subir en la colina. Suggestions or improvements: Muchos mosquitos en toda la zona. Las ventanas y puertas tenían que cerrarse siempre.
