The apartment is located about 10 minutes from the centre of Mataró.

The street access is adapted and has an elevator.
You can also access directly from the building’s private parking via elevator. The entrance to the apartment is through a small hallway.

Open to the living-dining room for comfortable cooking together.
Fully equipped with quality appliances and everything you need to prepare each meal. It has storage space, a combined fridge and freezer, and a dining table to enjoy with family.

Although it is private, the neighbours’ rest must be respected.
Talking loudly, music, or noise is not allowed from 21:00 to 09:00.
