The in-house cameras only activate and record photos when the alarm goes off.   PARKING   You can enter the property by car, but you must respect the garden areas and watch out for the automatic lawn watering.You can also park for free and easily on the street.The street is shared with residents. Cabrils is a charming little town known for its good restaurants, its gastronomic fair and its music fair. Cabrils is located on the north coast of Barcelona in the Maresme region. The village has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers. Also, throughout the Maresme, we find family beaches with calm waters and golden sand.    THE REGION   "El Maresme" stands out for its temperate Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures throughout the year, sunnier and brighter days, colourful spectacular landscapes, intense blue on its coast and in its skies that combine with the bright green of its mountains.  The location between small mountains and The Mediterranean Sea, and its proximity to Barcelona, make this area an ideal place to spend an unforgettable family vacation. The towns of "El Maresme" are charming little towns, surrounded by comfortable and private urbanizations, the best golf courses, and marinas, the area offers a variety of recreational activities including horseback riding, sports centres, and expansive sandy beaches. It has easy access to the beaches of calm waters and golden sand! On one side Barcelona and the other the Costa Brava within driving distance! Within a few KM, you can do ANY ACTIVITY you want to unwind and have fun, there are mountain trails, there are horse riding, golf courses, tennis club, activities like paint war, vertical woods to play among the treetops, Nautical clubs to not stop spending hours at sea. There is an small supermarket within 4 minute walk, and nearby there are paddle courts, gym, fitness room, spa, yoga studio... In the marina Port Balís, 20 minutes walk from the house, there are very good restaurants and on the beach, there are also small bars and restaurants to go and spend some time on summer nights. The village of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is in the innermost part, 5 minutes drive there we will find everything, shops, restaurants, medical centre, pharmacy... The golf club, 2 pitch & putt courses, and the Balís marina make this town an exclusive area. BARCELONA is also very close. A few km from the house there are horse riding activities, golf courses, tennis clubs, yacht clubs, and the internationally recognized Outlet Mall "La Roca Village".   Vilassar de Mar is a coastal town, very quiet and familiar a few kilometers from Barcelona. In the village, there are several restaurants renowned for their typical cuisine and fresh fish.   You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkeling, sailing...     HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA    PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport.   -PRIVATE CAR:  We do not consider it essential for this location. You can visit the Font del Pericó or the Roca de Cavall. In Premià you will also find shops and restaurants to discover the gastronomy of the area. Next to the house, there is the Agrobotiga Premià de Dalt, where you will find local and organic products.   In the middle of June, Premià de Mar celebrates the Pirates Festival, where the whole town is divided into pirates and premiarencs and decorates streets and balconies to celebrate it!    HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA    The house is located in the upper part of Premià de Dalt.   In this location, we recommend the use of a car (or a cab) if you want to visit the surrounding villages. The house has parking and on the same street, you can park easily and freely.   TAXI: if you want to make just a few car trips it can be a good option, it is always necessary to reserve in advance. CAR: in this location, we highly recommend the use of a private car to move easily around the area, to go shopping, to visit the surrounding towns, and to get to Barcelona in about 30 minutes.(Read Barcelona section if you are planning to visit the city with a foreign car) BUS: Day and night services.Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme, and the city of Barcelona. AN IDEAL HOUSE FOR A FAMILY STAY   This house in Arenys de Mar has a private garden on one level from which we can see the sea and the port of Arenys!   The location is ideal to enjoy the different areas of the garden, typical of the Mediterranean coast. This little house is located on a small hill, in a very quiet and not very busy residential area but at the same time a few meters from the center of town, the beach and the train station.   Although it is not essential, we always recommend coming with your vehicle, but it is not a problem because you can park within the same property.   HOUSE AND THE SPACE   Comfortable and spacious, preserving the essence of a family house from the 60s.   Entering from the main door we do not find the hall, to the right we find the first two bedrooms and we make our way to the large dining room and the kitchen. The house has a large plot of land and no luxuries, but it is a spectacular property, with a large swimming pool and beautiful views!      THE SPACE                                                                                                                        Alella, the town where the tower is located, is 25 minutes drive from Barcelona and offers a privileged calm environment, with views of the sea and the vineyards surrounding the house.   MIRADOR is a tower that stands in the area of Alella. It is a large tower surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces, with a private pool and barbecue area (BBQ).   The house is organized on two floors and a small tower on the top and accommodates up to 12 people distributed in 4 bedrooms and a small room in the tower.      GROUND FLOOR    DINING ROOM: On the first floor there is a large dining room that is proposed as a meeting space for meals, with a large table and chairs for all guests.   KITCHEN: The dining room communicates with the kitchen, which is also spacious and equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The house is located in the mountainous part, but Alella is close to the sea and has pleasant family beaches.   Alella is a very quiet area, it is a coastal town in the northern part of Barcelona, very quiet and familiar, a few kilometers from the city center.   You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkeling, sailing.... There are many companies and coastal towns in the surroundings that offer all kinds of activities that we will be happy to recommend!   In Alella and all over El Maresme there are many restaurants, and in summer on the beaches, there are beach bars, the chiringuitos!        HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA                                                                             The house is located in Alella.   In this location, we recommend the use of a car (or a cab) if you want to visit the surrounding villages, as it is an isolated house. The house has enough parking for several cars.   TAXI: if you are not going to make many trips it can be a good option, but it is always necessary to book in advance.   CAR: in this location, we recommend the use of a private car to move easily around the area, to go shopping, to visit the surrounding villages and to get to Barcelona in less than 25 minutes.   TRAIN: the nearest train station is El Masnou.
