We invite you to stay at BELL RECÓ and spend a few days disconnecting and relaxing!
Nearby we have trails to the mountains, spacious beaches with beach bars in summertime, recreational, nautical and recreational activities of all kinds.
The house is very bright, comfortable and pleasant in a relaxing setting overlooking the sea

THE HOUSE BELL RECÓ AND ITS SPACE
Nice and comfortable house with an incredible garden. Private pool, with a fence to protect the little ones. Nice barbecue area. Squash court.
The house is very comfortable since almost all of it is distributed on one floor. This makes it very accessible. It has a large terrace, with several areas to enjoy the sun or shade. Fantastic views of the sea and the mountains.
The distribution is as follows:
On the main floor, we find the hall, kitchen, living room, with access to the large terrace, which connects to the pool and large garden.
On this same floor, we also find 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: A double bed, terrace with sea views, wardrobes, bathroom with private shower.
Bedroom 2: A double bed, terrace with sea views, wardrobes.
Bedroom 3: Three single beds (bunk bed) with terrace, wardrobes.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds, wardrobes.
On the lower floor, we find one space with a sofa and a bathroom with a shower.
The garden is fantastic and very well maintained. In the garden, distributed on several levels, we find a pleasant barbecue area, a squash court, various garden areas.
The large terrace withea views stands out, connected to the living room and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with an American fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Next to the kitchen, we find a practical laundry area with a sink, washer and dryer.

BELL RECÓ is exclusive to its guests.
ACCESS AND PARKING
The access from the street is private and the vehicle can enter the property respecting the garden areas and trying not to drive over the lawn.
The door is automatic.
You can also park for free on the street on the left, respecting the neighbours' garages.
It is a street travelled only by the residents of the urbanization.
THE GARDEN AND THE OUTDOOR SPACES
All are private but they must be preserved, please respect the green areas.
THE POOL
It is private and we hope you respect the rules of use and clothing, in this area, there are also hammocks for sunbathing.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
CABRILS is a small charming town recognized for its good restaurants, its gastronomic fair and its music fair.
Cabrils is located on the NORTH COAST OF BARCELONA in the MARESME region. CABRILS has quick access to the mountain for all those hikers and adventurers.
Also, throughout El Maresme, there are family beaches with calm waters and golden sand.
The beaches of Vilassar de Mar and Cabrera de Mar are 10 minutes away by car. They are family beaches, with golden sand and with all the services.
A few minutes from the house, there are supermarkets, a local market, a water park, horse riding, tennis clubs, golf clubs, marinas, nautical activities, shopping centres...
A few KM away you can do any activity you want to disconnect and have fun, there are mountain routes, there are horse riding, golf courses, a tennis club, activities such as paintball, vertical forests to play between the treetops, Nautical clubs not to leave spending hours at sea, in addition to having BARCELONA very close. Explore the city and avoid its crowded streets, returning to the calm of our region.
CABRILS, like other Maresme towns, is protected by a small mountain range that contains the fresh sea breeze in summer and the intense heat of the interior, creating a mild micro-climate both in summer and winter without major temperature changes.
RECOMMENDATIONS
LA MOSTRA: Gastronomic, Commercial and Artisans Fair, within the framework of the Santa Helena Festival in August, is an event that allows us to taste the most representative dishes, wines and cava in the region.
MUSICAB: The Cabrils Music Festival is one of the main cultural events in Cabrils. Created in 1989, it has always been closely related to classical music.
In 2015, the festival changed its projection, evolving towards a more eclectic format.
The concerts are held over several weekends in July and August.
They have also incorporated a new morning format to bring music closer to the little ones.

There are different services and lines that connect Cabrils with the surroundings and Barcelona
-TAXI: There is a regular TAXIS service.
All services must be booked in advance.
- BUS: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.
-TRAIN: The closest train station is VILASSAR DE MAR.
The route in Plaza Cataluña lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.
BARCELONA
It is about 30-40 minutes by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city.

IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

In high season, the arrival time must be notified as far in advance as possible.
On dates such as F1, MotoGP and Saturdays in July and August, many arrivals usually coincide.

In addition, during the welcome, we will do the following:
- Explanation of the rules, considerations, and instructions of the house, along with recommendations to enjoy the environment.
- Explanations for check-out. (Departure).
- City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
Cost of tourist tax: Tourist tax on stays at tourist establishments in Catalonia. Law 5/12 APPROVED on March 20, 2012
(1 euros per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights and only for guests aged 16 or older).
- Deposit: it will be made on arrival through a credit card pre-authorization.
- Signature of the house rules.
- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.
HOUSE RULES
- It is not rented to groups under 25 years.
- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
- All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
- During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.
- Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- It is not allowed to charge electric cars using the house power

Definitely recommend this for staying in Cabrils. The house is great for larger family and had everything that is needed for a good stay. The house also had an amazing view and pool. Hosts were really responsive and we had a great time there 🙂

Amazing location with a great view. Hosts were very helpful and arranged an early check in and late check out. We were with a group of 8 for which there was more than enough room. Having a car available is recommended if you want to get around easily, as public transport is not super frequent. Recommended for larger groups!

Situation parfaite d'une très belle maison magnifiquement entourée par un jardin entretenu et piscine très agréable , dans un quartier surplombant une vue magnifique avec la mer au loin . Le gros regret était qu'il n'y ait que réellement que 4 chambres et non 5 ( la cinquième étant au sous sol , non fermée avec l'étage ) et qu'il y a eu durant notre séjour , un problème d'évacuation des eaux usées . La terrasse est grande et très agréable , le jardin est grand , réparti sur 2 niveaux , permettant de s'isoler si besoin . Le mobilier de la terrasse mériterait un petit rafraichissement . Séjour très agréable dans cet petit village , et n'hésitez pas à y faire un petit tour ! il mérite le détour

Bonita casa en una buena ubicación con una vista. Hermosa terraza grande. Gran anfitrión con vocación de servicio y dispuesto a ayudar. La cocina necesita equipos actualizados para cocinar para 10-11 personas. Cabrils tiene buenos y acogedores restaurantes locales. Bonita playa de arena cerca y buenas oportunidades para ir de compras.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre villa ! La maison est très agréable, calme, spacieuse et dispose d’une vue incroyable ! De plus elle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et la climatisation est présente dans toutes les chambres …! La climatisation dans la pièce à vivre et la chambre du bas serait un plus très appréciable et certains éléments de mobiliers méritent d’être changés … Quelques détails à améliorer mais qui n’ont en rien influé sur notre séjour ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!! Merci à Sonia et Helena qui nous ont accueillies chaleureusement et qui ont été réactives et disponibles !

The views at Bell Reco were absolutely stunning, we were blown away on arrival. In particular the pool was amazing for a dip in the morning and the BBQ so rustic and inviting on an evening. There was ample choice to sit and relax outside or use the various amenities such as the ping pong table or squash court. The bathrooms were clean with powerful showers and the amount of bathrooms perfect for the group size. The area the villa was situated had a regular bus route that led down to a quaint town within walking distance from quiet and clean beaches. Additionally, there were various supermarkets within walking distance of the villa, in addition to many reasonabley priced restaurants and bars. If we were to offer some areas for the villa to improve it would be minimal; the small front bedroom Aircon did leak a couple of times and a couple of the mattresses were a little hard. Other than that though we really enjoyed our stay at Bell Reco and would recommend for any group of friends or family groups to stay in Cabrils at Bell Reco! Thank you Sonía and Helena!

Cette villa est parfaite, la déco, les équipements, le cadre idyllique, l'emplacement sont tout ces atouts. elle est bien isoler du voisinage car les maisons sont en contrebas, une vue imprenable sur les collines en face, la mer au loin, des espaces verts un peu partout, une belle piscine que demander de plus pour un séjour cours ou plus long. De plus la gérante et très sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande vivement.

The villa it's self provided a very relaxing stay for two families to come together, yet gave us all the space we needed to spend time alone too. The outside area is the jewel of this property. Beautiful pool area with views of the ocean, lovely terrace area's, again with great views of the sea, & stunning hillsides of Carbrils.
The inside villa space was spacious, clean & had everything we needed. We were travelling with four children 8-14 years of age, so not having everything pristine worked for us (imperfections on some of the furniture & dated interior). It is the outdoor space that blows these details out of the water. If I had to give some feedback it would be to provide better cooking equipment, e.g. sharp knife set, larger chopping boards, BBQ utensils, & upgrade the pillows 100%! Thanks x
