Description
White Mediterranean house located in family-friendly urbanization. The house is very bright, and has three private terraces, a barbecue BBQ, and a communal pool. It is located 10 minutes walk from the beach. Quiet location with a very familiar atmosphere. House only available for families.
THE SPACE
Spacious little house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which makes it very practical for sharing.
The house is accessed by stairs that lead to the TERRACE, a perfect space to enjoy the outdoors, eat under the awning and meet with the family during the warm summer nights. It offers a chill-out area with sofas and a table under the awning, perfect for family meals.
From the terrace, there is access to the DINING ROOM, which has an area with sofas and is equipped with a table to sit and eat.
The fully-equipped KITCHEN has everything you may need during your stay and hosts a small high bar with a couple of stools.
From the kitchen, there is access to the PATIO. This cooler, more private patio is equipped with a table, chairs, and a fantastic built-in barbecue, perfect for sharing barbecues and grills! It is an ideal place for a mid-afternoon reading or breakfast for the little ones.
On this floor, we find BEDROOM 1, with a double bed, and 1 bathroom with a very small bathtub, ideal for children.
From the dining room, there is access to the upper floor via stairs. On this floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
BEDROOM 2: Two single beds on the same level and a bathroom with a bathtub.
BEDROOM 3: One single bed
BEDROOM 4: One double bed
In total, the house has 3 bathrooms.
The house is crowned by a TERRACE-SOLARIUM (ROOFTOP) with panoramic views and sea views, perfect for sunbathing or stargazing at night.
SANT POL DE MAR AREA
The house is located in Sant Pol de Mar, in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the Murtra beach, which can be reached on foot directly from the residential area. The house is 15 minutes from the town center. The excellent location allows you to enjoy the tranquillity and the proximity of the beaches but with all the facilities of the center nearby.

The three terraces are private, but guests need to respect the resting hours of our neighbors.
- Loud talking, music, and other noisy activities are not allowed from 9:00 until 21:00.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Maresme is a region to fall in love with: Barcelona on one side and the Costa Brava on the other, just a short drive away!
In the Maresme region, there are spacious family beaches for playing football and volleyball, with calm waters and golden sand. Just a few kilometers from the house there are equestrian centers, golf courses, tennis clubs, yacht clubs, and the internationally renowned Outlet Shopping Centre "La Roca Village".
Sant Pol de Mar is a coastal village, very quiet and familiar, only a few kilometers from Barcelona.
Throughout the village, there are several restaurants renowned for their typical cuisine, good frying pans, and fresh fish.
You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkeling, sailing...
HOW TO GET AROUND THE AREA
PRIVATE TRANSPORT
We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport. In the area, there are trains, buses, and taxis and you can get around on foot.
- PRIVATE CAR: In this location, it is not essential to rent a car, as the house is a 15-minute walk from the center, 10 minutes from the beach, and 20 minutes from the train station. However, we always recommend having a car if you wish to explore the area, shop, and visit the surrounding villages.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There are different services and lines that connect Sant Pol de Mar with the surrounding area and with Barcelona.
- Taxi: There is a local taxi service.
Please contact them/us in advance to arrange any transfers.
- Bus: Day and night services.
Connections with the train station from/to other towns in the Maresme area and the city of Barcelona.
- Train: The house is a 20-minute walk from Sant Pol de Mar train station. The journey to Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya) takes 1 hour.
BARCELONA
The city is about 50 minutes away by car.
At the moment, there is legislation/restrictions about vehicles that can circulate in the city. For more information, you can search for ZBE Barcelona (Zona de Bajas Emisiones - Zona de Baixes Emissions).
IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

HOUSE RULES
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
- The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.

- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.

We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

Logement bien situé que je recommande. Accès piscine et mer très facile. La plage la plus proche était super, sans trop de monde pour un mois d’août. Tout se fait à pied. Le logement était très propre et la communication avec les hôtes était top. Suggestions or improvements: Un seul bémol : la terrasse du haut mériterait davantage de mobilier et notamment plus de transats (un seul dispo).

The house is big with plenty of space and a very nice kitchen. There are also very nice terraces and the sea view from the top terrace is magnificent. It was very easy to communicate with Sònya and Helena. They answered all questions quickly and came by the house when we had an issue with one of the beds and fixed it right away. They also provided us with a lot of valuable tips in the area. The house does not have a private parking space, but it was easy to park close to the house anyway which we appreciated.

Schöne Unterkunft and guter Lage - etwas weiter von Strand als angegeben und der nächste Strand ist ein FKK Strand. Das wäre gut im voraus zu wissen. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder - es war etwas eng aber ging gut. Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank, dass wir im Brisa sein durften. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Danke auch für alle hilfreichen Tipps. /// Bonito lugar y buena ubicación, un poco lejos de la playa de lo indicado y la playa más cercana es una playa nudista. Sería bueno saberlo de antemano. Éramos 6 adultos y 2 niños, estaba un poco apretado pero salió bien. En resumen, pero recomendable. Lo hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Además, gracias por todos los consejos útiles. Suggestions or improvements: Am Wochenende kann es laut sein bis um 23 Uhr, da der Gemeinschaftspool gleich hinter dem Haus ist. /// Los fines de semana puede ser ruidoso hasta las 11:00 p. m., ya que la piscina comunitaria está justo detrás de la casa.

The house was perfect for our needs. The rooms and common areas are spacious, with three bathrooms there is no queuing in the morning, and the two good-sized terraces have amazing views. The house is bright and well ventilated, and you can pull shutters across to regulate temperatures if required. The house was clean and very well organised, backing onto a swimming pool, and only five minutes walk from the beach. The kitchen was super-clean and equipped with everything you could need. Our group spent most of the time in Sant Pol and on the beach, but you are only twenty minutes walk from the station and regular trains to Barcelona. Check-in and check-out was easy, with clear instructions from the friendly and efficient management team. We had a few queries before arrival, which they answered promptly and helpfully, and they were all a pleasure to deal with. We would certainly recommend the house to others, and book it again for ourselves.

Super séjour, maison bien équipée juste un peu étroite mais suffisante. Super piscine partagée. Le seul bémol c'est la ville où il n' y a pas grand chose à faire donc il faut s'éloigner pour trouver des activités. Très bonne communication avec les hôtesses et très bonne réactivité. Merci pour ces vacances!
