A square on the corner with a fence with children's games, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy and all kinds of shops nearby.


   3SUITES AND ITS SPACE   
It is distributed between the first and second floors.
 
ENTRANCE: From the street, we find a beautiful glass and metal door to the left of the building. When accessing we have to go up the stairs with railing to the first floor. When we reach the top we see the large open room where the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are on the left and one of the bedrooms on the right.
 
FIRST FLOOR
DINING ROOM: An open space that is in front of us just up the stairs.
The first thing we see is the dining room table, where 6 diners can eat comfortably and extensively. It is in front of the kitchen and makes it very practical to organize any of the meals of the day and make it a special moment.
The sofa area is at the back of the room, before the balcony.
 
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with new appliances and everything you could need for a more comfortable stay. Refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, good smoke extraction, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery ...
A long bar where we can work and prepare breakfasts or food that we will take on an excursion or to the beach.
 
LIVING ROOM: A four-seater sofa with two armchairs in front. New furniture, designed for every corner. The design allows light to enter through the windows through every corner of the room.
 
BALCONY: It has a table and a pair of metal armchairs from which to enjoy a coffee after lunch or plan the next adventure.
 
Following the entrance hall, on the right, there are the stairs that lead us to the second floor and the corridor to the first bedroom. 
 
BEDROOM 1. Two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. There are two windows with shutters, a desk for work, a small TV and a space to store clothes that we can hide behind a curtain.
 
SECOND FLOOR
BEDROOM 2. Double bed and a private bathroom with shower. It has a private terrace and a space to store clothes that we can hide behind a curtain.
 
BEDROOM 3. Two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. It has a private terrace, a work desk, a small TV and a space to store clothes that we can hide behind a curtain.


   SERVICE   
3SUITES is exclusive to its guests.
 
   ENTRANCE PORTAL   
The building consists of a house, 3SUITES, and a place for culinary experiences on the ground floor, ESPAI58.
Access is not shared with residents living in Vilassar de Mar, however, we ask that they be respectful.
 
    BALCONY   
It is not shared, but we must respect the rest hours of our neighbours.
- It is not allowed to speak loudly, or music, or other noisy activities, from 9 pm to 9 am
 
    THE TERRACES   
The upstairs bedrooms each have a private terrace.

   GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD   
The Maresme is a region to fall in love with!
On one side Barcelona and on the other the Costa Brava within driving distance!

In the Maresme region, there are spacious family beaches for playing football and volleyball, calm waters, and golden sand! A few km from the house there are equestrian centres, golf courses, tennis clubs, yacht clubs, and the internationally recognized "La Roca Village" Outlet Shopping Center.
 
Vilassar de Mar is a coastal town, very quiet and familiar a few kilometres from Barcelona.
Throughout the village, there are several restaurants known for their typical cuisine, good paellas, fresh fish.
 
You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkelling, sailing ...


   HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA   
   PRIVATE TRANSPORT   
 We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport.

- Own vehicle: Some may consider it essential, others not. We do not consider it essential.
(Read Barcelona section if you are planning to visit the city with vehicles registered outside Spain)

You can move around on foot, by taxi or taking the train, using the bus or you can move in combination.
It is always more convenient to have a vehicle to be able to explore more places or go shopping at the supermarket.

   PÚBLIC TRANSPORT   
There are different services and lines that connect Sant Andreu de Llavaneres with the surroundings and Barcelona

- Taxi: There is a local taxi service.
Please contact them in advance to arrange any transfers.

- Bus: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.

- Train: The house is located between the two stations in the village.
The train stations are called VILASSAR DE MAR and CABRERA DE MAR-VILASSAR DE MAR.
The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.
 
 
   BARCELONA   
The city is about 30-40 minutes by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city.

IMPORTANT
Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

    INTERACTION WITH GUESTS   

We give independence to our guests, but we are available if they need us.
It is important for us being able to meet our guests and we like to offer them recommendations.

WELCOME HOURS AND KEY DELIVERY
4 pm to 9 pm
We always need to arrange our meeting in advance in the accommodation.
In high season, the arrival time must be notified as far in advance as possible.
On dates such as F1, MotoGP and Saturdays in July and August, many arrivals usually coincide.

WELCOME AND DELIVERY OF KEYS OUTSIDE THE USUAL HOURS
Before 4 p.m. Depending on availability.

00:01 to 02:00 Price: € 50.00
No key delivery outside of these hours.

Sunday Rate - High season entry or exit may result in an increase in the rental price.

In addition, during the welcome, we will do the following: 

Explanation of the rules, considerations and instructions of the house, along with recommendations to enjoy the environment. 

Explanations for check-out. (Departure). 

City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
Cost of tourist tax: € 1 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years old

Deposit: it will be made on arrival through a credit card pre-authorization.

Signature of the house rules.
Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.

 
  OTHER HIGHLIGHTS   
Please, check that you will be able to comply with the house rules before making a reservation. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential neighbourhood where the house is located.

   HOUSE RULES   

- It is not rented to groups under 25 years.

- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys.

- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.

 - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.

 - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.

- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.

- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.

The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.


   IT'S NOT ALLOWED   

- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.

 - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbors.

 - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behavior.

 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.

- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.

- Groups of students are not allowed.

- No pets allowed.

IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE APARTMENT MUST BE LEFT

    Ravis de notre séjour ! Un appartement extrêmement bien situé pour visiter la région de Barcelone. Quartier calme, très facile de se garer à proximité du logement gratuitement. Parfait pour se reposer,avec une plage familiale surveillée à 2 pas de l'appartement Toutes les commodités à proximité Appartement très agréable de belles pièces, aménagement moderne, très propre Très bien accueillis par Sonia, excellents échanges avec Helena Nous recommandons cet appartement !

    We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is modern and well laid out with separate bathrooms to each bedroom. It was fully air conditioned, which was wonderful given the very hot weather. The beds were clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved Vilassar de Mar, lots of fantastic places to eat at reasonable prices. The bakery and cafe in the square were a daily favourite. Great beach and beachside restaurant. Will definitely be returning. Sonia our host was really friendly and helpful during the whole stay, Gracias!

    Wat hebben we genoten van het prachtige appartement. Super modern, schoon en compleet. Prachtige locatie in een pittoresk dorpje. Aangenaam tussen de Catalanen en nog geen massa toerisme. Perfect! Hier komen wij zeker terug.

    This is a new apartment built specifically for the purpose of rentals so it is very clean but not as well equipped as a home would be, especially for a long rental period. The town is very small and quaint and you will find most of what you need nearby, including the beach. The train to Barcelona is also located within walking distance which is convenient. We were informed that the trains take close to an hour each way, however, which might be something to consider if you plan to visit the city frequently. Renting a car post-covid is extremely expensive which is something to consider when renting this apt.

    We stayed at Sonia and Helenas beautiful apartment for almost a week and we loved every second of it. The community is supercozy with lots of great local restaurants, it’s very close to a beautiful beach and the apartment itself is so clean and fresh with bathrooms in every room. The service that the host gave us was amazing! We would definitely live at this place again! /Amanda and family from Sweden !

    Un piso precioso, imposible mejor ubicado, todo nuevo y bien puesto, limpio, dedicado, nos quedamos con muchas ganas de volver. El pueblo una maravilla, cafés, tiendas, restaurantes en la plaza misma de la esquina. Muy tranquilo, familiar. Panaderías de masa madre, charcuterías, mercado, todo cerca, abarcable y cambiable… incluso el mar que disfrutamos mucho también. Esperamos poder volver!

    Me and 3 friends stayed here in May to go and see the Formula1-race. The place is close to the beach and several supermarkets and bakeries. We had a rental car and Helena helped to pin point the streets where we could park for free. Several nice restaurants close by and about a 40min drive to go in to Barcelona. The place was fresh and clean with everything we could need. So happy we found this place!
