ENTRANCE: From the street, we find a beautiful glass and metal door to the left of the building. When accessing we have to go up the stairs with railing to the first floor. When we reach the top we see the large open room where the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are on the left and one of the bedrooms on the right.
 
FIRST FLOOR
DINING ROOM: An open space that is in front of us just up the stairs.
The first thing we see is the dining room table, where 6 diners can eat comfortably and extensively. It is in front of the kitchen and makes it very practical to organize any of the meals of the day and make it a special moment.
The sofa area is at the back of the room, before the balcony.
 
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with new appliances and everything you could need for a more comfortable stay. Refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, good smoke extraction, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery ...
A long bar where we can work and prepare breakfasts or food that we will take on an excursion or to the beach.
 
LIVING ROOM: A four-seater sofa with two armchairs in front. New furniture, designed for every corner. The design allows light to enter through the windows through every corner of the room.
 
BALCONY: It has a table and a pair of metal armchairs from which to enjoy a coffee after lunch or plan the next adventure.
 
Following the entrance hall, on the right, there are the stairs that lead us to the second floor and the corridor to the first bedroom. 
 
BEDROOM 1. Two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. There are two windows with shutters, a desk for work, a small TV and a space to store clothes that we can hide behind a curtain.
 
SECOND FLOOR
BEDROOM 2. Double bed and a private bathroom with shower. It has a private terrace and a space to store clothes that we can hide behind a curtain.
 
BEDROOM 3. Two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. It has a private terrace, a work desk, a small TV and a space to store clothes that we can hide behind a curtain.

Access is not shared with residents living in Vilassar de Mar, however, we ask that they be respectful.

It is not shared, but we must respect the rest hours of our neighbours.
- It is not allowed to speak loudly, or music, or other noisy activities, from 9 pm to 9 am
 
    THE TERRACES   
The upstairs bedrooms each have a private terrace.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
 
- The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.
 
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
 
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
 
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
 
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
 
  IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
 
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.
It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
 
- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.

 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. 
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. 
 
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.
In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
 
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power
 
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed
 
IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT
 We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

Please, we hope that if you wish to book 3SUITES you will commit to maintaining a responsible and rational consumption of scarce natural resources.


   GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD   
The Maresme is a region to fall in love with!
On one side Barcelona and on the other the Costa Brava within driving distance!
In the Maresme region, there are spacious family beaches for playing football and volleyball, calm waters, and golden sand! A few km from the house there are equestrian centres, golf courses, tennis clubs, yacht clubs, and the internationally recognized "La Roca Village" Outlet Shopping Center.
 
Vilassar de Mar is a coastal town, very quiet and familiar a few kilometres from Barcelona.
Throughout the village, there are several restaurants known for their typical cuisine, good paellas, fresh fish.
 
You can enjoy different nautical offers such as surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, snorkelling, sailing ...


   HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA   
   PRIVATE TRANSPORT   
 We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport.

- Own vehicle: Some may consider it essential, others not. We do not consider it essential.

You can move around on foot, by taxi or taking the train, using the bus or you can move in combination.
It is always more convenient to have a vehicle to be able to explore more places or go shopping at the supermarket.

   PÚBLIC TRANSPORT   
There are different services and lines that connect Sant Andreu de Llavaneres with the surroundings and Barcelona

- Taxi: There is a local taxi service.
Please contact them in advance to arrange any transfers.

- Bus: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.

- Train: The house is located between the two stations in the village.
The train stations are called VILASSAR DE MAR and CABRERA DE MAR-VILASSAR DE MAR.
The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.
 
 
   BARCELONA   
The city is about 30-40 minutes by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city.

IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.

    Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. Hosts excellent and were very helpful. Apartment is in a good location for restaurants, supermarkets, the beach and public transport. We travelled by train into Barcelona regularly. Lots of good places to eat in the area. Beaches really nice. Lots of underpath access to the beach. Don't let the train line put you off. It's not noisy at all and hardly noticeable. You'll need your own beach umbrella but plenty of places to purchase. Our accommodation provided one. Vilassar de Mar is a lovely, traditional Spanish town with hardly any tourism. It was great for us.

    Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der schönen, modernen Unterkunft. Die Lage in dem hübschen Örtchen war für uns perfekt. Mit dem R1 ist man in ca 40 Min in Barcelona. Die Strecke führt die ganze Zeit am Meer entlang. In dem Ort gibt alles was man braucht.

    Wow. What a beautiful place to stay and enjoy the locale. Beautiful area. Great bistro’s, restaurants and shops. So peaceful and relaxing. Beach is a 5/10 minute walk. Centre of Barcelona is 35mins on the train. So you get the best of both worlds in terms of the spectacular city and the relaxed town. Walk to the bakeries in the morning for coffee and pastries. The grocers for amazing fruit and veg. The promenade is such a great walk and walking along to Premià de Mar was lovely too. Accommodation was immaculate. Spotless and with everything you need. Perfect for our family of 5. 3 bedrooms and the main living space plus balconies on each level. We had a wonderful break here and would definitely come back.

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Cette maison dispose d’une situation idéale très bien desservie par le train pour se rendre très facilement à Barcelone… l’été, sa situation est également idéale pour des journées plage…la maison est très bien équipée avec tout accessoire pour bien cuisiner et l’électroménager au top… de plus, elle est très confortable et très calme, dotée d’un super design et d’une super deco très appréciable … cette maison est très fonctionnelle. Chaque chambre est équipée de sa propre SDB et permet une totale indépendance… La literie était très bonne. Nous sommes vraiment ravis 🤩

    This is really a lovely apartment in a picturesque, laid back town just half an hour from Barcelona by train. The space is light, airy and spacious and the host Sonia is super helpful and provided a lot of information to make our stay easier and more relaxed. It's a short walk from the beach and there are lots of good restaurants close by. It's quiet and somewhat off the beaten path tourist-wise.

    La maison proposée par Sonia, Helena et Paula est une merveille…digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Situé dans un quartier très calme avec tous les équipements sont fonctionnels.     Wir waren mit der Familie eine Woche in Vilassar Del Mar und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft war perfekt, in der Nähe vom Strand aber gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen. Die Bahn nach Barcelona war sehr gut zu erreichen, man hätte eigentlich keinen Mietwagen gebraucht. Sonia hat uns auch gute Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Der Kontakt mit ihr war total nett!

    We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is modern and well laid out with separate bathrooms to each bedroom. It was fully air conditioned, which was wonderful given the very hot weather. The beds were clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved Vilassar de Mar, lots of fantastic places to eat at reasonable prices. The bakery and cafe in the square were a daily favourite. Great beach and beachside restaurant. Will definitely be returning. Sonia our host was really friendly and helpful during the whole stay, Gracias!

    This is a new apartment built specifically for the purpose of rentals so it is very clean but not as well equipped as a home would be, especially for a long rental period. The town is very small and quaint and you will find most of what you need nearby, including the beach. The train to Barcelona is also located within walking distance which is convenient. We were informed that the trains take close to an hour each way, however, which might be something to consider if you plan to visit the city frequently. Renting a car post-covid is extremely expensive which is something to consider when renting this apt.

The community is supercozy with lots of great local restaurants, it’s very close to a beautiful beach and the apartment itself is so clean and fresh with bathrooms in every room.     Un piso precioso, imposible mejor ubicado, todo nuevo y bien puesto, limpio, dedicado, nos quedamos con muchas ganas de volver. El pueblo una maravilla, cafés, tiendas, restaurantes en la plaza misma de la esquina. Muy tranquilo, familiar.     Me and 3 friends stayed here in May to go and see the Formula1-race. The place is close to the beach and several supermarkets and bakeries. We had a rental car and Helena helped to pin point the streets where we could park for free. Several nice restaurants close by and about a 40min drive to go in to Barcelona. The place was fresh and clean with everything we could need. So happy we found this place!
