The house is distributed on two floors.
It is approximately 4x8m, ideal for swimming or simply cooling off.

We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability.

- 50 minutes walk or 15 minutes by car to Parc de la Serralada Litoral, Barcelona Vilassar de Dalt.
In this park is the Sant Salvador Restaurant for a traditional grill with grilled meat and vegetables. We also highlight the seasonal calçots and canned snails ("cargols a la llauna").
- 45 minutes drive to the entrance of the Montnegre Natural Park and the Corridor.
- 40 minutes drive from the Montseny Natural Park with its highest peak of 1,700 m. and many tracking possibilities!

'LA MOSTRA' - THE EXHIBITION: Gastronomic, Commercial and Crafts Fair
In Cabrils, as part of the Festa Major de Santa Helena in August, this fair is an event that allows us to taste the most representative dishes, wines and cavas in the region.
MUSICAB: The Cabrils Music Festival
It is one of the main cultural events in Cabrils. Created in 1989, it has always been closely related to classical music.
In 2015, the festival made a change of projection evolving into a more eclectic format.
The concerts are held over several weekends in July and August.
They have also incorporated a new morning format to bring music closer to the little ones.

The house is located in "El Maresme" on the north coast of Barcelona.
"El Maresme" stands out for its mild Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures throughout the year, the vast majority of sunny and bright days, colourful in its spectacular landscapes, intense blues on its coast, and in its skies that combine with the bright greens of its mountains.
Its unique location between small mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, its proximity to the city of Barcelona, makes this area an ideal place to spend an unforgettable family vacation.
The towns of "El Maresme" are charming little towns, surrounded by comfortable and private urbanizations, the best golf courses, marinas, all kinds of recreational activities, horse riding, sports centres, wide sandy beaches.

The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.
Trains every 10 minutes.
The city is about 30-40 minutes by car.

Sònia, Helena and Paula are absolutely wonderful hosts, incredibly friendly and very responsive. My friends and I had a lovely stay in their villa, which was even nicer in person than in the photos. We made use of everything the villa had to offer, including the pool, barbecue, games, etc. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway to a peaceful little town outside of Barcelona!

Fijne locatie nabij Barcelona. Ideaal voor meerdere dagtrips naar de stad. Wij waren er met twee gezinnen. Dat gaat, maar de huis/ de woonkamer is wel wat gehorig. De buurt is verder niet heel spannend, maar Barcelona is vlakbij.

Nous avons bien été accueillies par Sonia qui parlait bien français ce qui facilite l’échange. La villa et son emplacement son magnifique. Notre seul regret est qu’il manque la climatisation et il faut faire attention à l’électricité car le disjoncteur saute souvent. De plus La piscine n’était pas propre à notre arrivée donc nous n’avons pas pu en profiter le 1er jour. Les frais de ménage sont aussi assez chères. Mais le wifi est satisfaisant, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la télé qui contient Netflix et une cuisine bien équipe. Merci de votre accueil.

Éramos una familia de 10 personas que pasamos dos semanas en la casa de Carbrils. Apreciamos la proximidad a Barcelona como tuvimos con niños adolescentes que varias veces cogieron el tren allí, también fue buen punto de partida para explorar la costa de la Costa Brava. Disfrutamos completamente de la piscina y la parrilla al aire libre. La cocina también estaba bien equipada

Hallo Sònia & Helena, vielen Dank für die tolle Kommunikation. Ihr wart wirklich beide sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Netterweise durften wir sogar eine Stunde früher als vereinbart einchecken. Die Übergabe mit Sònia war sehr gut. Eine sehr nette Person. Helena haben wir leider nicht getroffen, aber auch sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Zuerst die positiven Eindrücke: Wir fanden den Pool alle sehr toll. Auch, dass man ihn immer nach Bedarf selber reinigen konnte, fanden wir super. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, ist alles gut erreichbar. Nun leider auch ein paar negative Punkte: Wie ihr ja bereits erfahren habt, sind uns einige Sachen bzgl. Sauberkeit anfangs negativ aufgefallen. Die Bäder waren nicht sauber, der Boden wurde nicht gewischt und in der Küche lagen dreckige Teller, Besteck und Gläser im Schrank. Der Boden wurde dann nachträglich gewischt und die Bäder noch mal gereinigt. Der kaputte Sonnenschirm sollte am Tag nach unserem Check-in ausgetauscht werden, dies geschah aber leider gar nicht mehr. Einige der Dielen am Pool waren kaputt, da mussten wir aufpassen, dass man nicht mit der Färse rein rutscht und sich verletzt. Die Betten waren ziemlich unbequem. Ich hoffe wir haben das Haus so verlassen, dass es für euch auch in Ordnung war.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Der nahegelegene Strand war sehr sauber und wunderschön. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns gute Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben und bei jedem Problem sofort geholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank für alles. ????

Ideal villa for a group. Very clean and equipped property with an extremely helpful owner, Helena gave us a huge lift of information via WhatsApp including taxi apps to use and also a list of restaurants she recommends, we went to two of these and both were very good. Overall very positive experience.

Logement correspond à la description. Logement très bien équipé et propre. Nous étions 7 adultes et 4 enfants et le logement était suffisamment grand pour tout le monde. Restaurant avec grande piscine, pataugeoire, tennis et jeux enfants à 100 mètres de la maison. Petite supérette à 2 minutes
If you're thinking of coming here with a family, definitely recommend renting a car as the surround hills are steep and there aren't really any close shops.
Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und alles lief reibungslos. Unser Host war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat sehr gutes Englisch gesprochen. Das hat den Check in und auch alles weitere sehr einfach und angenehm gestaltet.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! 😁
Le fait qu'elles parlent français est un plus.
Le logement est super et correspond bien à la description.
Il y avait déjà quelques épices dans la cuisine, c'est très utiles.
Nous avons passé pas mal de temps sur la terrasse et piscine. Attention au petit gabarit la piscine est vite profonde.
Le garage est vraiment un plus pour mettre ses véhicules à l'abri.
L'accès à Barcelone peut se faire facilement via le RER R1 (38min)
Equipements de qualite et tres agreable pour 2 familles de 4 personnes.
Manque juste la clim lors de grosse chaleurs meme si la maison est bien equipee en ventilateurs.
Je recommande, nous avons passe un excellent sejour...
Belle proximite de Barcelone, notemment en train... avec parking gratuit pour les voitures a la gare de villassar der mar... Compter 19 euros l' aller retour pour 4! Vraiment pas cher.

/// Vi var en familie på 10 som tilbrakte to uker i huset i Carbrils. Vi satte stor pris på nærheten til Barcelona da vi hadde med tenåringsbarn som flere ganger tok toget inn dit, det var også et godt utgangspunkt for utforsking av Costa Brava kysten. Vi hadde stor glede av bassenget og utegrillen. Kjøkkenet var også godt utstyrt.
The place is in a very quiet area, so shouldn't make much noise in the evenings, but the door is very good so can move indoors later 🙂
Very spacious and with big area outside.
Bedrooms are of a good size, although one of the toilets/showers is very small.
There are a few taxi companies around (if you are without a car) and easy access from Barcelona (around 30min and £50 for 6ppl taxi, June 2023). It's only 15-20min drive from La Rocca Village.
Sonia and Helena are very responsive and happy to assist with any questions. They also have us some recommendations of places in Barcelona and around.

Le seul petit problème à relever : la piscine qui n’était pas ultra clean à la surface.
Hormis cela, je recommande le logement.
La proximité avec Barcelone permet de profiter du calme du quartier et de pouvoir aller à Barcelone rapidement 30mn
The building is quite echoey, particularly for one bedroom which has an opening over the main reception room. This wasn’t a problem for us though and we had a lovely time. Sonia was a great host and gave us lots of local recommendations and directions for getting around the area. I would recommend a stay to others.
Selon les recommandations nous n.avons pas fait de bruit, par contre les chiens du voisinage sont parfois très bruyants le soir.
Seul point négatif le mini lave-vaisselle trop petit pour 8
