   THE APARTMENT BAIX BALIS   
It is the ground floor in a residential complex with a fantastic swimming pool and natural lawn area, very well maintained.
 
The apartment is very bright and nice. It has a large terrace that invites you to stay.
 
This apartment has 4 double rooms.
Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed
Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed
Bedroom 3: with 1 single bed (convertible into a double bed)
Room 4: with bunk beds
 
There are 2 bathrooms with a shower each one. 
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dining area with a table and chairs.
Next to the kitchen, we find the laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils, from the laundry room we access a first terrace, where you can hang your clothes, sunbathe or read a book.
 
The living room is spacious, where natural light covers the entire room thanks to its glass doors that give access to the large main terrace.

The main terrace is very spacious, with awnings to protect yourself from the sun and have more privacy. On the terrace, there are two armchairs and a large table and chairs for lunch or dinner while enjoying the views.

From the terrace, there is one direct access to the large communal garden with the pool, very practical especially for families with children.
 
The community pool has a children's area with very little depth.
 
This apartment has parking for 2 small cars (one after the other) or 1 large car.
Please, it is very important not to exceed the limit set for parking so that neighbours can make the necessary manoeuvres.

It is private and shared with residents.
- Please, we ask our guests to be respectful of the boundary painted on the floor corresponding to the space of the parking.

The main door gives access to the entire community area, which is shared with 3 blocks of neighbours.

   BUILDING ENTRANCE   
The entrance to the BAIX BALIS block is shared with the residents, we hope they are respectful.
 
   TERRACE   
The terrace of the BAIX BALIS apartment is private and has its own access to the communal garden.
It is not shared, but we must respect the rest hours of our neighbours.
- It is not allowed to speak loudly, or music, or other noisy activities, from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
 
   SHARED SWIMMING POOL   
The facilities are shared with regular residents of the neighbourhood community.
The rules of access, clothing and hours of use of the pool must be respected. 
For example, it is mandatory to take a shower before bathing in the pool.

   THE GARDEN   
These are shared with regular residents of the neighbourhood community.
The garden areas must be respected.
There is a fenced area with a football pitch and swings.

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.
 
- The rental contract for the property for tourist season will be accepted upon reservation and signed before the closing ceremony.
 
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 
- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.
 
- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
 
- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.
 
- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, if you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
 
  IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.
 
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.
It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
 
- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.

 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. 
We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. 
 
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.
In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.
 
- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power
 
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed
 
IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT
 We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties are in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

    Nous avons passé trois nuit dans logement. Tout s'est très bien passé.
    Helena est très accueillante, très sympathique et soucieuse du bon accueil.
    Le logement est spacieux, confortable et possédant une belle et grande terrasse donnant directement sur la piscine. Ce qui est un atout important surtout quand on a des enfants et qu'on doit les surveiller quand il sont à la piscine.
    Le seul petit bémol est le manque de climatisation, mais la présence de ventilateurs atténue un peu les souffrances 🙂
    Je recommande ce logement ainsi que l'hôte.

    We hebben met z’n 8en 2 weken in het huis gezeten, prima uitvalsbasis. Je zit dicht bij de zee en trein, maar hebt geen/weinig activiteiten op loopafstand. Auto is wel nodig. Het huisje was praktisch ingedeeld, genoeg keukenspullen. Zwembad was geweldig en werd elke dag (behalve zondag) goed schoongemaakt. De host was zeer vriendelijk en gaf heel veel goede tips!

    We spent a nice 12 days in Baix Balis. The hosts welcomed us very well and gave us all the necessary information about the area and the house. The apartment had enough space for us (7 people). Everything neat and clean. Direct access from the terrace to the pool - a big plus! The immediate vicinity of the main road and the train station was noticeable but not disturbing. Close to the beach. We had a great time and explored the neighboring towns. We recommend!

    Wir wurden von den sehr netten, aufmerksamen und freundlichen Gastgeberinnen Sonia und Helena aufgenommen. In der tollen Wohnung fühlten wir wohl uns sehr wohl. Wir fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Es war für uns eine schöne entspannte Zeit. Wir konnten über unsere großzügigeTerrasse direkt zum großen, sehr gepflegten Pool gelangen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick! Die Wohnung war perfekt für zwei Familien. Alles war sauber und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Der Strand war nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir waren eine Woche dort, um Barcelona und Strandurlaub zu kombinieren. Die Fahrt mit der Bahn nach Barcelona direkt am Meer entlang war immer wieder wunderbar! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

    This is a great place to stay, a superhome from home and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste.Sonia is a nice and lovely host.

    Apartamento, muy acogedor, limpio y con muy buenos servicios.
    La cocina está perfectamente equipada, con una amplia variedad de utensilios de cocina.
    Tiene una amplia gama de CDs de música que se pueden escuchar a través de la TV, una pequeña biblioteca de libros y juegos de mesa, como parchís, cartas, ajedrez o damas.
    Para el verano hay utensilios para la playa, sombrillas, cubos, palas y un juego de petanca.
    La única pega es el ruido de coches que se escucha en la terraza, por la proximidad de la carretera nacional, aunque uno se acostumbre. Un apartamento que merece la pena alquilar

    The apartment was clean and as described in the listing. We were welcomed by Sonia at the agreed time to complete the paperwork on arrival. The apartment is in a residential rather than holiday block and therefore requires adherence to some rules for communal living; keep the noise down especially after 9pm, don't hang towels over the front balcony. We had hot weather and needed an extra fan to help make sleep more comfortable. The garden fronts onto the main road and has the railway beyond that. It was therefore pretty noisy at times

    Super appartement avec une super piscine! il y a bcp de bruits de la route (train et voitures) , mais le reste c'est incroyable. Pas super prope, mais c'est adequat Il y a des voisns pas trop sympa (propietaires) donc il faut suivre bcp de regles... mais a part de ça l'endroit est génial pour les enfants!! super cadre avec un jardin jolie et plage a coté à pied

    Très bon accueil et une bonne communication avant et durant le Séjour, Sonia et Helena sont professionnelle et à l'écoute. L'appartement est bien équipé, la literie moyenne (lit de la chambre principale très très dur). les seuls points noirs restent la proximité avec un grand axe routier et le passage du train, l'appartement n'est pas très bien insonorisé, si vous avez l'habitude du calme et de la tranquillité, vous serez quelque peu dérangé. Le logement était plutôt propre à notre arrivée, mais je pense qu'un coup de serpillière aurait pu être bénéfique. Appartement et location bien dans l'ensemble, je vous le recommande avec un paire de boule-quies.

    The flat is amazing! There is everything that you can imagine, even toys for kids and games for adults. The flat is big and light. Kitchen is equipped great - from plates to lots of pans for paella and big dishwasher. There is a large territory and a pool near the flat. It's great to spend here time with kids. There are some things that travelers need to note: road is right near the fence, so its loud sometimes. The second: neighbors will definitely look if you are doing according to the rules in the pool))))

    Estancia perfecta, la casa tiene de todo, desde los utensilios básicos hasta extras como barrera de seguridad para niños, babycook, coctelera, Smart TV... La piscina es ideal para disfrutar en familia: grande, con zona para peques y en pleno agosto muy poco concurrida. Hay pocos vecinos y muy majos. Supermercado y buenos restaurantes cerca. Guardada para repetir.
