Al Masnou, un agradable poble delimitat pel mar i les seves muntanyes, a la banda de Barcelona.
Una zona tranquil·la per poder gaudir de l'aire lliure amb tot al seu disposició, fins i tot hi ha una zona comercial a menys de 10 minuts caminant.

Casa amb entrada totalment independent i jardí i piscina per a l'ús exclusiu dels hostes.
La casa és a la planta baixa d'una gran casa.
La casa llogada té un accés independent perquè els hostes puguin deixar els seus vehicles aparcats a la rampa d'accés a la casa.
Aquesta casa està situada molt a prop del poble del Masnou, situada en una zona residencial molt tranquil·la i segura.
La casa disposa d'un fantàstic porxo per poder menjar o sopar amb la màxima privacitat davant el jardí i la piscina.
A la terrassa i el jardí hi ha gandules i cadires per poder prendre el sol o gaudir de l'amable clima de la mediterrània.
Des del porxo es pot controlar la piscina per veure com es banyen els nens, mentre els grans vam gaudir d'una agradable vetllada a la taula que hi ha amb capacitat per a 8 persones.
La casa disposa de tres habitacions dobles, una d'elles amb llit de matrimoni.
També hi ha una sala de jocs amb un billar americà i un confortable i pràctic sofà llit doble molt confortable amb aire condicionat.
La cuina té accés directe a la porxada, pel que resulta molt pràctic i agradable per esmorzar, dinar o sopar fora.
La casa disposa d'un enorme saló menjador amb una taula extensible per a 8 persones i un gran sofà per poder veure la televisió còmodament mentre té aire condicionat en cas de forta calor.
La casa disposa de WIFI.
La piscina té unes còmodes escales d'accés.
Al jardí, que és totalment independent de la resta de la casa per a ús exclusiu dels hostes, es troba una gran barbacoa d'obra, per preparar tota mena de carns, verdures o peixos a la brasa.
Aquesta planta baixa ha estat reformada (juny 2017) per la qual cosa els banys, les instal·lacions i mobles són totalment nous.
El càlid terra de parquet proporciona una agradable sensació de confort.

Poden entrar i aparcar els vehicles a la propietat.
També poden estacionar gratis i fàcilment al carrer.
El carrer es comparteix amb els residents.
Han de respectar el sentit de circulació dels carrers i no estacionar al davant d'accessos als pàrquings privats.
EL JARDÍ, PORXADA i LA BBQ
Aquests espais no són compartits, però cal preservar-los.
Les zones enjardinades i de menjador han de ser respectades.
La Barbacoa ha de ser netejada després de cada ús.
LA PISCINA
És privada, però les hores de descans dels veïns, la indumentària de bany i utilització de la piscina han de ser respectades.
També disposa d'unes hamaques per prendre el sol i una sala amb inflables i joguines per als més petits.

NORMES DE LA CASA
- No es lloga a grups menors de 25 anys.
- El Contracte d'Arrendament de l'immoble per Temporada Turística s'acceptarà en reservar, i se signarà abans del lliurament de claus.
- Acceptació de la fiança. Aquesta es farà a l'arribada mitjançant preautorització amb targeta de crèdit
- Totes les persones de la reserva s'han d'identificar mostrant el document d'identitat. Se'ls sol·licitarà abans i durant la benvinguda.
- Durant la vostra estada, els menors sempre han de ser supervisats per un adult, són responsabilitat exclusiva dels seus pares/tutors.
- També cal eliminar les escombraries de l'allotjament periòdicament per evitar olors i brutícia. Hi ha contenidors al carrer, molt a prop de la casa.
- Entre tots hem de respectar i preservar els recursos que tenim, si us plau, eviteu el malbaratament i l'ús negligent dels recursos.
El malbaratament, el consum abusiu o l'ús negligent de l'electricitat, l'aigua i el gas no està inclòs i es pot descomptar de la fiança.
NO ESTÀ PERMÈS
- Allotjar o convidar més persones que les registrades al formulari de reserva.
- Dur a terme activitats sorolloses (música, converses en veu alta...) a partir de les 21:00 i abans de les 09:00 del matí.
És molt important respectar el descans dels nostres veïns.
- Organitzar esdeveniments, festes, comiats de solter, així com qualsevol comportament inadequat.
- Utilitzar tovalloles de bany per a la platja o la piscina. La devolució d'aquests en malament estat incorrerà en una despesa addicional.
- No es permet als hostes fumar dins de la casa; si ho desitgen, poden fumar en els espais exteriors de la propietat.
En aquest cas, utilitzi cendrers i respecti les zones enjardinades, terrasses i / o balcons.
- No es poden carregar vehícles eléctrics.
- No es permeten grups d'estudiants.
- No es permeten mascotes.
EN CAS D'INCOMPLIMENT DE QUALSEVOL DE LES REGLES, LA CASA HAURÀ DE SER ABANDONADA
Som molt estrictes amb les normes perquè les cases que ajudem a llogar no es troben en zones turístiques. Els immobles es troben en urbanitzacions molt tranquil·les i volem (i necessitem) preservar la convivència entre visitants i residents.
Si us plau, esperem que si desitja reservar DELFIN es comprometi a mantenir un consum responsable i racional dels escassos recursos naturals.
DESCRIPCIÓ GENERAL DEL BARRI
La casa està situada al Masnou, una població de caràcter mariner, amb un gran port esportiu a 1 km de distància, ple de bons restaurants, bars, pubs, discoteca, i llocs on prendre una copa o un bon aperitiu davant la mar.
El Masnou està situat al cor del Maresme, una zona realment tranquil i relaxant, amb platges cristal·lines, i un passeig marítim que arriba a Barcelona, per als amants de la bicicleta o l'esport a l'aire lliure.
La casa prop del Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya, per als amants de la Fórmula 1, Moto GP o els múltiples esdeveniments que se celebren durant tot l'any.
El Masnou és una població situada molt a prop de Barcelona (uns 17 km) uns 15 minuts amb cotxe, ben comunicada per autopista, carretera o per tren.
Aquesta població aquesta colindant amb Alella, una zona de vins, i cellers amb molt d'encant per fer una ruta d'enoturisme per les diferents vinyes de la Denominació d'Origen d'Alella.
Disposa de moltes botigues on comprar i degustar els vins de la zona, així com una llarga llista de bons restaurants on assaborir els encants de la cuina mediterrània.
LA COMARCA
"El Maresme" destaca pel seu clima mediterrani temperat, temperatures suaus durant tot l'any, dies més assolellats i lluminosos, colorit en els seus paisatges espectaculars, blau intens en la seva costa i en els seus cels que combinen amb el verd brillant de les seves muntanyes .
Ubicació entre petites muntanyes i el mar Mediterrani, la seva proximitat a la ciutat de Barcelona, fa d'aquesta zona un lloc ideal per passar unes vacances familiars inoblidables.
Els pobles de "Maresme" són petits pobles encantadors, envoltats de còmodes i privades urbanitzacions, els millors camps de golf, ports esportius, tota mena d'activitats recreatives, passejades a cavall, centres esportius, àmplies platges de sorra.
També ofereix una de les millors ofertes gastronòmiques a Espanya, amb diversos restaurants amb estrelles Michelin.

- VEHICLE PROPI: Alguns ho poden considerar essencial, altres no. Nosaltres ho recomanem per a major autonomia.
Pot moure's caminant, en taxi o agafant el tren, utilitzant l'autobús o el seu propi vehicle o pot desplaçar-se combinant-los.
A vegades, tenir un vehicle dóna més independència a l'hora d'explorar més llocs o és més còmode anar a comprar.

Hi ha diferents serveis i línies que connecten Alella amb els voltants i Barcelona
- TAXIS: Hi ha servei regular de TAXIS.
Tots els serveis durant la seva estada han de ser contractats amb antelació.
Tenim el contacte d'un taxista de la nostra confiança, Xavier, per si volen organitzar el seu trasllat des de i cap a l'aeroport amb antelació.
- AUTOBÚS: Serveis diürns i nocturns.
Connexió amb l’estació de tren, altres poblacions del Maresme i la ciutat de Barcelona.
- TREN: L'estació de tren més propera és EL MASNOU.
La ruta a la plaça Catalunya té una durada d'entre 20 i 35 minuts.
BARCELONA
La ciutat es troba a uns 30 minuts amb cotxe.

We had an amazing time at the Delfin! We loved how close it was to Barcelona, and it was a great surprise to be 5 mins from a padel and tennis club which made our holiday. I’ve never had a more responsive team of hosts who went above and beyond during our stay including helping after a power cut from a storm and pumping up old volleyballs for us! Highly recommend and would love to come again 🙂

We had the perfect stay at Sónia's awesome place! Definitely a 5 star bnb also considering the affordable price. It's a beautiful house and perfect garden with grilling area, I have never seen a nicer pool. El Masnou itself is a calm suburb with perfect beaches and all that you need for a nice vacation within beach of Barcelona. Perfect for bigger groups of friends, families and basically anyone. Would love to come back sooner than later :).

Delfín house completely exceeded our expectations! Everything was as (or better than) pictured and described. Sonia and the team were all very responsive to any messages or questions we had and provided lots of recommendations and tips for us. The location is quiet and peaceful, with a short walk to shops, beach, restaurants and easy transport links into Barcelona. The house is amazing value for money, we could have stayed longer and longer! Thank you so much, we would definitely love to return on our next trip to the area.

We had an amazing stay at DELFIN with a group of 8 friends. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived, spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared. We especially loved the pool, which was a highlight for all of us, and the pool table provided hours of fun. The location was peaceful and relaxing, but still close to shops and amenities, which made everything super convenient. You can easily walk down to the beach because the streets are beautiful and there is always something to enjoy on the way down. Communication with the host was absolutely superb - quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing place, great location for beach , Barcelona city Center, bus & train routes . Highly recommended , we couldn’t resist the swimming pool , barbecue & pool table. What you see is what you get. The host was very friendly and helpful went the extra mile by providing us with lots of hints & tips like quickly routes to Barcelona city centre ,restaurants , bars (to watch El Classico) , butchers and local shops. Myself, my wife and two sons had a fantastic time enjoying this beautiful Airbnb. It was great stopping just outside of Barcelona city as we were able to enjoy the mornings by the pool and then travel into Barcelona centre in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend for any family looking to go to Barcelona who want to relax in the mornings and then enjoy the amazing city of an evening.

Erittäin kaunis, siisti ja viihtyisä huoneisto. Piha oli vaikuttava ja ylellinen. Majoittaja oli uskomattoman avulias ja ystävällinen. Alue on rauhallinen ja vaikka se on etäällä Barcelonan keskustasta, kulkeminen onnistuu kätevästi julkisilla kulkuvälineillä. Taksin saaminen yöaikaan oli alueella heikkoa. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr ruhigen, schönen Ort und ist gleichzeitig sehr gut an Barcelona angebunden. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Wohnung hat sich toll für eine große Gruppe geeignet. Wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room and lovely outdoor space. Everything we needed. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful with lots of recommendations and useful information about where to go and visit and how to get there. They also gave us practical advice on the best butchers and what to look for in a paella! They were super friendly and really flexible as we had other family members arriving at different times. The local area is very convenient for visiting Barcelona and really well connected on public transport. We had a car which was useful to go further afield - Girona and Montserrat are worth visiting if you have time. Parking was really secure on the premises. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

It is such a lovely place to stay! After staying here a few times already I have nothing bad to say about it and would love to come back. So quiet in the evenings, the supermarket is within a 10 minute walk and transport into Barcelona city is very easy. Would 100% recommend!!

We had a great and peaceful stay as a family of 8. It is a beautiful home, conveniently located near the beaches of El Masnou, local food stores (recommended by the hosts), and the single train that takes you to the city centre. When we first arrived, we were happily welcomed and the communication from the beginning to the end was top level. The pool was amazing and enjoyable, alongside with the pool table. Everything was spot on, and made the holiday comfortable and relaxing. My family and I highly recommend staying here to any future bookers.

Siamo stati nella casa di Sonia I Helena con la mia famiglia di 6 persone. La casa, dotata di posto auto, si trova in una posizione silenziosa e comoda per visitare Barcellona (20 minuti di auto), è molto curata e pulita e offre tutte le comodità compresa la piscina esclusiva e uno splendido tavolo da biliardo. Il paese gode di una spiaggia molto bella e di chiringuitos dove si mangia assai bene!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette magnifique maison très spacieuse, bien décorée et parfaitement équipée, il ne manque rien! Le jardin est magnifique et nous avons bien pu profité de la superbe et très agréable piscine . La maison est idéalement située, au calme dans le village, à proximité immédiate de petits commerces de quartier et à seulement 15-20 minutes à pied de la plage ainsi que du train qui mène facilement et rapidement à Barcelone . Grâce à notre hôte très accueillante et avec qui la communication était parfaite , nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer d’excellentes vacances . Nous recommandions sans hésiter !

Helena hat uns gleich bei der Ankunft viele Tips gegeben, hat uns Restaurants empfohlen, uns gesagt wo die nächsten Geschäfte sind im Lebensmittel zu kaufen und uns den öffentlichen Nahverkehr erklärt. So dass wir auf unseren Mietwagen eigentlich auch verzichten hätten können. Sie hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und wasser freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Wohngegend, etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und dem Bahnhof entfernt. Wenn man den Weg zu Fuß gehen will sollte einem nur bewusst sein, dass es auf dem Rückweg durchgehend Berg auf geht. Die Gegend selbst ist ruhig und man kann sich toll am Pool entspannen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und genau so ausgestattet wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. /// Helena nos dio muchos consejos a la llegada, nos recomendó restaurantes, nos dijo dónde comprar las tiendas más cercanas en los comestibles y nos explicó el transporte público. Así que podríamos haberlo hecho sin nuestro coche de alquiler. Siempre respondía rápidamente a los mensajes y al agua. Ubicado en una zona residencial, a unos 20 minutos andando de la playa y la estación de tren. Si quieres caminar por el camino a pie, solo debes tener en cuenta que la montaña está constantemente en el camino de regreso. La zona en sí es tranquila y puedes relajarte junto a la piscina. El alojamiento estaba limpio y era exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. También en la cocina había todo lo necesario.

We had an amazing holiday as a family of 5. Very spacious and beauiful home. Easy access into barcelona and great restuarants close by. The villa was even better than the photos. Perfect for cooling off in the pool and relaxing on an evening on the patio. The owners were always on hand to help with anything and even made us a delicious apple pie. Lovely people. We will be back in the future.

We had the most amazing stay. The house was equipped with everything that was needed for a great holiday break. The pool and house are fantastic, Extremely private and all of the shops for food and drinks are only a few minutes walk away. Sonia and Helena listed all the locations around the area that were key for our stay, shops, restaurants, public transport etc. All of the hard work was done for us. The house is in a great location and if you are traveling with no car that is not a problem as all the required amenities are within walking distance. My family and I highly recommend staying here.

As a group we all had a gorgeous time at the accommodation. Our hosts were phenomenal, always responding to our questions swiftly and sent us countless recommendations for the area and Barcelona city. The accommodation was 10/10, there is nothing I could say negatively about our stay. We were initially apprehensive about signing a contract and paying a deposit for the stay, but after staying at the place we understand why that was completely necessary, and the deposit was quickly refunded afterwards. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and we would all love to visit again, thank you angels!! x

We had a lovely holiday. The villa and pool is great. I would definitely recommend it. The location is good, a quiet neighbourhood with an easy walk to beach or to the train station for trips into Barcelona.

My friends and I loved staying here! The home looked just like the pictures and we had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and were flexible with our checking in process. Fantastic villa! We had the best time and one of the best villas we have stayed in. Everything on the booking page was as described, nothing was missing it was immaculate and had plenty of cutlery, glasses and cookware. The host were fabulous, great communicators, always answered any questions and it made the whole trip a lot better with peace of mind. (They get 10/10 for us). When we arrived the lady that greeted us was very friendly and provided us with a lot of information that we used and it made our stay perfect! The villa was clean, lots of bedding and towels provided. There isn’t anything I would change about it and we will definitely be booking again. The area is quiet, no noise and very clean, short walk to the fresh bakery and the locals were very helpful. The use of the trains were easy and a short walk. Overall we had a lovely time, the owners/hosts were very good and accommodating where they could with our arrival and departure times. Thank you we will return!

Sònia I Helena är snäll, även vi kom för sent men hon väntade på oss ändå, vilket betyder att hon har tålamod och är en snäll och hjälpsam person. Lägenheten är fina, därför bestämde oss att boka hos henne. Hon förklarade plats och restaurang, butiker och tåg tydligt som man kan förstå. /// Sònia I Helena is kind, even we arrived late but she waited for us anyway, which means she has patience and is a kind and helpful person. The apartment is nice, therefore we decided to book with her. She explained the place and restaurant, shops and train clearly which one can understand.

Die unterkunft war sehr gut zu erreichen und in einer schönen ruhigen gegend. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, man hat uns gleich geholfen falls wir fragen hatten. Für unsere Reisedauer war es optimal. Das auto steht sicher im eigenen Hof. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden. /// The accommodation was very easy to reach and in a nice quiet area. We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb. It is s spacious and beautiful villa with a great pool. It is located in a good area closer to the beach and train facilities. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Itvwas easy to reach Sonia and always got an immediate response. Overall, we would highly recommend this Airbnb. Brilliant accommodation and great hosts! The outside area is amazing, especially the pool which we spent a lot of time in. The hosts were really helpful with recommendations and were very friendly and willing to answer any questions. It is very easy to get into Barcelona with bus and train. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The villa is beautiful with everything needed for a holiday for the whole family. The kids loved the pool, the terrace is perfect for shade and outside meals, the house was well equipped and clean. There is a bit of a walk to the beach and to the train station some of it up the hill on the way back, but we all feel healthier for it! 😊 there is also a bus stop just a few minutes away to ride into Barcelona (808 bus) which takes you into the city centre in 20 min. We could have stayed in the garden by the pool throughout as it is beautiful, private and has everything needed for cooking and BBQ. Barcelona is a beautiful city with a lot to see and being so close it's easily accessible. if you want to visit any of the big attractions we recomend booking in advance, at least a few days before, we nearly missed seeing Sagrada Familia and it was amazing! 😊

Fantastisch huis , heerlijk zwembad , echt tot rust gekomen. Ideaal voor uitstapje naar Barcelona , makkelijk te bereiken met trein. Vi kan virkelig anbefale leje af Delfin og El Masnou. Huset er beliggende 15 min fra togstation og strand og 30 min. mec Kystbane-toget til Placa de Catalunya, Barcelona. Husk det også er muligt at tage Kystbanen toget nord på helt oppe til Blanes. Ellers er Girona også en mulighed fra Barcelona centrum. En bil kan undværes, da det er utrolig let at bruge tog og Metro. Der er gode lokale indkøbsmuligheder, 5-10 min fra huset, bager, frugt og grønt og stort supermarked (Cabrapo eller Condis) og ikke mindst en fantastisk lokal slagter, Cal tete med masser af muligheder til grillen hjemme på Delfin. Hus, terrasse, pool og omgivelser er hyggelige og man føler sig hurtigt hjemme. Stort køkken og køleskab - og huset har via Aircondition gode betingelser for en god nattesøvn. Flot have og et rigtig godt grill-område. Et skønt og dejligt sted. Kæmpe tak til Sonia I Helena for gode anbefalinger og imødekommenhed. La casa se encuentra a 15 minutos de la estación de tren y la playa y a 30 minutos en tren costero de la Plaça de Catalunya, Barcelona. Recuerda que también es posible coger el tren Coastal Railway hacia el norte hasta Blanes. De lo contrario, Girona también es una opción desde el centro de Barcelona. Se puede dispensar un coche, ya que es increíblemente fácil usar los trenes y el metro. Hay buenas tiendas locales a 5-10 min de la casa, panadería, frutas y verduras y supermercado grande (Cabrapo o Condis) y no menos importante un gran carnicero local, Cal tete con muchas opciones para la barbacoa en casa en Delfin. La casa, la terraza, la piscina y los alrededores son acogedores y te sientes como en casa. Cocina grande y nevera, y la casa tiene buenas condiciones para dormir bien. We had a fantastic stay at this house. We had great communication from start to finish from the hosts. The house is gorgeous and was spotlessly clean. It had absolutely everything (and more) that we needed in the kitchen. The garden is stunning. The location was great for Barcelona! Easy train ride with the station a 10/15 minute walk. We loved the little informal beach bars and the recommendations for food by Paula lived up to our expectations. The late check out agreed by the hosts was such a great help with our late flight. We had golfers in our party who played at 3 different golf courses nearby and were highly impressed with them all. We have stayed in several Airbnb properties and this was certainly one of the best. We can’t recommend it enough!

We were a party of 6 consisting of 3 generations and the villa was perfect for us. The only downside to our stay was the beach at El Masnou which is very gritty and streets steeply so not very suitable for the 3-year-old. She did however thoroughly enjoy the park at Vallmora.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location - easy to go into the city and explore Barcelona, yet this house gives you more space in a relaxed area close to a nice beach and marina. Awesome to walk down to the beach and restaurants by the marina, and has supermarkets/food shops very close by. The house worked really well for our family with younger children. It gave plenty space for the kids to play outside and had everything we needed.

What a fantastic find ! Delfin is a fantastic place to stay. The area is quite and peaceful, the villa is simply heaven and perfectly clean in a great area to find groceries but still be a really nice and interesting area to explore. Sonia and Helena provided endless help and fantastic information leading to our stay and then Helena was sensational during our stay with all the help she provided. If you want luxury, comfort, peace and quiet and an amazing experience then this is the place to stay !

Een heerlijk huis op een prima plek. Mooi ruim huis met heel veel ruimte. De keuken is heel ruim en compleet. Twee moderne badkamers, drie slaapkamers en natuurlijk het prachtige zwembad. Winkeltjes zijn op loopafstand en beneden aan de zee kun je de trein nemen. Ook fijn dat je je auto naast het huis binnen het hek kunt parkeren en dus niet op straat. De ontvangst door Helena was heel hartelijk en zij is zeer behulpzaam met informatie en tips. Aanbevolen!

Excellent Airbnb with very helpful hosts! Location is perfect if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre yet still have quick, easy access to it. The accommodation was spotless and had everything anyone could possibly need during their stay with a great swimming pool and pool table. The only heads up I would give is that we were asked for quite a large security deposit (judging from my limited experience anyway) which we were not expecting and hence caused some very minor issues with spending money, however this is not worth marking the property down as like I say this could simply be down to naivety/ inexperience from our group! Despite this we wouldn’t hesitate to return and can’t recommend enough!

Delfin is an absolutely stunning villa, even better than in the pictures! It’s in a quiet neighbourhood about five minutes from a well-stocked supermarket, I5 minutes from the beach and train station into town (there are also lots of restaurants near the beach too), and just so spacious both inside the villa at outside. The pool is AMAZING and we spent most of our time in it! It was the cleanest pool any of us had seen before and the dolphin is a fountain and no matter how old you are, you’ll love that. Sònia and Helena are excellent hosts and were incredibly helpful from the moment we enquired about booking to the moment we left. Sonia came to welcome us and did a thorough tour of the house which was much appreciated as it meant we felt comfortable with where things were and how they should be left. The recommendations for things nearby and how to get around were also much appreciated and when we had a couple of questions during the week, Helena and Sònia were on hand to get back to us quickly. Highly recommend Delfin to anyone looking for a slow and restful holiday - my friends and I hope to return soon. Thank you for such a wonderful stay in Barcelona.

Sonia and Helena were brilliant hosts and The Delfin property is amazing! Perfect for a large group or family, with the BBQ and pool and the billards tablle there is much to do at the house, and El Masnou/Ocata/Alella is a charming area with nice restaurants, beaches and outdoor exercise facilities. The bus to Barcelona is only 5mins walk and goes directly to the heart of the city in rapid time. I would highly recommend this place for you holiday!!

Was there for 4 Days, and i just have to say : The Location is amazing with a nice pool, everything was clean ! You just have to hit a walk for 15 min +- to get to the beach which have nice Restaurants and Bars. The Organisation was perfekt, we met Helena who gave us a lovely room tour, and even showed us where we can go for activities or restaurants and stuff like this. Never had such a great organisation like this. Looking forward to come back! 😛

Great house for a family of 5. It was a bit of a walk from the station to the house so a car would be preferable . The outside pool area is just as it looks, clean and very relaxing with a nice BBQ area to cook outside. Kids loved the pool even though it was pretty cold. Would definitely recommend Delfin. Communication was excellent with hosts Sonia and Helena throughout our stay and provided lots of local tips and advice.

This is a great accommodation and it’s presented very well. You will not be disappointed. It’s in a nice location and a quiet area. About a 20 minute walk to the train station to go into Barcelona. Short walk to a cafe or a shop. Great communication with the hosts during the trip.

Modern high standard villa with all necessary conveniences. Lovely garden with a nice pool and barbecue area. Good place for a big family, with several bedrooms and space for social activities including a large room with a pool table. Restaurants and shops nearby. Quiet neighbourhood. Perfect location close to Barcelona.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich und beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist wirklich herrlich, die Kinder und wir hatten damit viel Spaß. Der Check-In war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Helena ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit in Fragen und Tipps wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und dergleichen. Der Bahnhof El Masnou ist in ca. 15-20 min. gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Unterkunft und diesen Gastgeber können wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Fantastic accommodation we were a family of five three kids 16,14,10 amazing accommodation great for a family the train station ,town and beach is a quick 15min walk There’s local bar/restaurant butchers supermarket within a 5/10min walk from the house The house is exactly as seen in pictures and is a nice size for a family of five Although we hired a car we took the train to Barcelona and Badalona the next largest town to Barcelona as it was cheap approx £5 return per person and hassle free and only a 15min walk from the accommodation If your looking to get the best of booth worlds quiet chilled out villa with local close by amenities and also short 20/30min trip into the hustle and bustle of Barcelona we would definitely recommend this villa 5star We would also like to thank Sonia and Helena for there fantastic hospitality as well we got in quite late 11pm but this wasn’t an issue

Helena was so helpful up to and during our stay. We had an emergency where we needed a dentist during the week and Helena was such a help in finding us a dentist and communicating in Spanish on our behalf. The villa was lovely and the people who lived at the back were so kind to our little girl who adored their little dog. The villa and pool were beautiful and had all the amenities we needed.

We stayed here while visiting for the Spanish Grand Prix. Fantastic house, sparkling clean and had everything we needed included including good wifi and TV set up. Helena was very welcoming, checked us in very smoothly and gave us heaps of tips on local activities and amenities. Would definitey recommend the flat and would visit again.

Helena & Sonia are fantastic hosts!! They answered every query I had in great detail, were very quick to respond to messages and gave us lots of helpful tips and information. The house is immaculate - it has a spacious kitchen and lounge, along with 3 good size bedrooms and a pool table / additional sofa bed area. The house was very clean and everything was easy to find. My only negative comment is that the pool was not heated so it was very cold!! (Although we did visit in October so I’m sure during the summer months is absolutely fine!) I’d definitely recommend this villa to families who are looking to have a relaxing & enjoyable holiday. The beach and town center are about 20/30 minutes walk, there are a couple of supermarkets, grocery shops, and a couple of small bars within a 5/10 minute walk too. Thank you again for a lovely stay!! 🙂 Fantastic hosts who will do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay! 🙂 very helpful that Helena’s father is a taxi driver too who was very pleasant and helpful too! 🙂

We had a great time. The villa was really nice and clean with a lovely swimming pool. Supermarkets, a Bakery and a greengrocer are less than 5 minutes walk away. There is a decent pizza place 15 minutes walk away and the beach and train station are about 25 minutes walk. We didn't rent a car on this occasion. If we were to go back I would do so though as there is a lot of walking uphill to do. Barcelona is about 25 minutes on the train line R1 and 10 x Single journeys cost €14.70 regardless of where you stop.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Allerdings ist ein Fahrzeug empfehlenswert. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und insbesondere komplett ausgestattet. In der Küche finden sich alle notwendigen Utensilien, sowie viele Extras wie z.Bsp. Orangenpresser, Drinkmixer etc. Der Pool ist gerade richtig. Gross und mit passender Tiefe, um so auch einen Kopfsprung zu wagen. Die Wassertemperatur war angenehm warm, was auch ein Baden abends zuliess. Nach 19h steht das Haus im Schatten, was besonders im Sommer geschätzt wird, da es dann frühzeitig abkühlt. Die Klimaanlage, der Billardtisch und der Internet-Empfang runden den Komfort auf. Die Autos (2 PW's) können sicher im innern des Grundstückes abgestellt werden, sodass sich die mühsame Parkplatz-Suche erübrigt. Besonders angenehm was der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Sie sind bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Kleine Wünsche werden gerne unkompliziert erfüllt. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr diskret und stets darum bemüht, die Privatsphäre der Gäste zu wahren. Zusammengefasst haben wir sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien verbracht und wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für den angenehmen Kontakt. Beste Grüsse Isabel & Carlos

We absolutely loved staying here. Truth be told it made our holiday. The villa slept 8 of us very comfortably, and the spacious layout allowed everyone their own privacy and breathing room when desired. The outside seating area was absolutely perfect and was our main area of congregation, and the large kitchen made cooking for eight an absolute pleasure. We hired a car at the airport which made getting to El Masnou very easy, although there is a train from Barca centre which takes around half an hour. We were staying here as a base while travelling in to Primavera Sound music festival. Having somewhere private where we could relax made our holiday an absolute dream.

This is a fantastic property for anyone wanting to take a relaxing break, the pool and outside area is fantastic, the inside was very well furnished and had everything you would need. The neighbourhood was really peaceful, and it's about a 20/25 minute walk from the centre of El Masnou where there were lots of bars/restaurants to visit along the harbour. There was a supermarket just 2 minutes away which was really convenient. Would highly recommend this property to others!

Had and amazing stay. Hosts were very helpful with communication all the way up until we reached the villa, they provided surrounding maps and lots of assistance. The villa is in beautiful condition, very peaceful and the pool was clean, the garden was also very nice, we found ourselves not really leaving the property much at all. I would highly recommend the location of this villa to anyone visiting for the F1. We managed to avoid all traffic and delays. Great Location. Thank you!!

Sònia is a great host. Very nice and responsive. Makes you feel home from the first moment. The house is new, beautiful and large with a great pool and garden. You will find everything you need, the house is very well equipped. The beach is also close by (15 min walking) and you get to Barcelona by train or car in 30 minutes. Whenever you need something Sònia will directly answer your questions. I would very much recommend this place to my friends!

Tres bien située 20 min du centre de Barcelone 15 minute de Rocca village 10 minute parc aquatique ! Jardin et piscine nickel maison spacieuse et tres bien équipée et propre. petite déception concernent la literie matelas trop trop dur. Pas de choix au niveau des chaînes TV

Siamo stati accolti benissimo. La Villa è bellissima, con una piscina meravigliosa. Sonia e Helena sono di una disponibilità e gentilezza incredibile. La Villa ha tutto il necessario. Quindi fate le valige e partite immediatamente. !!
Commerces et plage sont accessibles à pieds, les prix des restaurants et bar sont très raisonnables …
Nous n’avons pas aimé la présence du propriétaire qui habite apparemment au-dessus de la maison louée et qui n’a pas hésité a nous faire une remarque sur des bouées laissées par les enfants dans la piscine (même si on l’a vu qu’une fois on avait l’impression d’être observé).

La villa est incroyable il y'a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut elle est très propre on s'y sent comme chez soi.
Le jardin est super bien entretenue la piscine était magnifique, a 5 minutes on a des plages et un port avec des restaurants et nous sommes à 25 minutes à peine de la grande ville de Barcelone.
Nous recommandons et espérons revenir un jour 🙂 merci Sonia

Sonia et Helena sont des hôtes très réactives et Les propriétaires d’une gentillesse énorme, si vous êtes sages vous aurez des citrons. Un exemple de propreté 🙂 dans la maison et ses alentours .

Suelo de madera agradable para corretear los niños. El aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes funcionaba increíble, se refrescan las habitaciones y baños dejando las puertas abiertas y al ser un bajo se está fresquito (imprescindible para el clima de la zona).
Cocina muy bien equipada, no le faltaba de nada.
Lavadora en perfecto estado, espacio para colgar la ropa con pinzas.
Porche maravilloso para desayuno, comida y cena (le da la sombra todo el día al menos para comer 6 personas).
Piscina espaciosa con jardín cuidado, buen material de exterior (hamacas, sillas, mesas). Colchonetas para poder usar durante la estancia.
Recomendaciones excelentes de restaurantes a domicilio, incluso nos trajeron la comida para la barbacoa.
Disponibles en cualquier momento para dudas y problemas que puedan surgir. Los dueños muy amables. Nos solucionaron un par de inconvenientes de manera rápida y eficiente durante la semana que nos alojamos.
Supermercados, farmacia, pescadería, frutería andando o a pocos minutos de la casa. Intentaremos repetir. La recomendamos.
La zona no es la mejor de Cataluña, pero no hace falta salir del pequeño oasis, aún menos en la situación actual.

La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotografías y tanto la limpieza como el estado de la vivienda es inmejorable.
En tiempos de confinamiento, la idea era descansar con la familia sin tener que salir demasiado y la piscina y el porche (con sombra a cualquier hora del día) han sido la mejor manera de hacerlo.
Los dueños de la casa que viven en la planta de arriba son tremendamente discretos y encantadores. En ningún momento notamos su presencia pero en cuanto los necesitamos por un pequeño problema con internet estuvieron allí para solucionarlo.
La casa está totalmente equipada y en ningún momento echamos nada en falta.
Sin duda alguna todo un acierto y dispuestos a repetir en el futuro.
La anterior reserva fue en junio y esta ha sido del 18/07 al 31/07.
Hemos pasado dos semanas buenísimas, destacar el buen trato que nos han dado los anfitriones, son súper serviciales, se preocupan mucho por nuestro confort y bienestar.
Son muy atentos nos deleitaron con una coca y una botella de cava para la verbena de Sant Jaume! Estaba riquísima elaboración de Jose Mª exquisita sin palabras.
La casa de 10 , es súper cómoda tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones extraordinarias, la piscina espectacular es de agua salada, tiene una temperatura ideal gracias a la buena ubicación, cada 4 días a primera hora limpian toda la zona del jardín y piscina, ósea todo el espacio que utilizamos.
Geno es súper atenta y muy meticulosa con todos los detalles de la casa y limpieza.
La cena en el porche es una pasada muy cómodos y tranquilos.
Por la noche unas partidas al billar que nos encanta!
Nos repusieron dos colchones para la piscina ya que los que había estaban rotos un detalle por parte de

Tal como se ve en las fotos, todo impecable, todo limpísimo.
Fui cargada con menajes de cocina pensado que quizás me harían falta y había de todo, una maravilla cuidan mucho todo los detalles.
Nos gustó tanto! que me puse en contacto con Sonia para alargar unos días más.
Nos encanta la piscina tiene tan buena ubicación que coge una temperatura ideal.
Nos encantó la barbacoa hicimos la cena de la verbena.
Cenar en el porche una pasada tranquilidad máxima!
Total que la recomiendo cien por cien!
Si queréis pasar unos días tranquilos y con la garantía de evitar contagios este es la mejor elección.

The stay was very pleasant. The house is centrally located, but quiet. However, a vehicle is recommended. The decor is tasteful and in particular fully equipped. In the kitchen you will find all necessary utensils, as well as many extras such. Orange press, Drinkmixer etc. The pool is just right. Big and with the right depth to dare a dive. The water temperature was pleasantly warm, which also allowed a bath in the evening. After 19h, the house is in the shade, which is particularly appreciated in the summer, as it then cools down early.
