¡En la región del Maresme hay unas playas familiares espaciosas para jugar a fútbol y voley, de aguas tranquilas y de arena dorada! A pocos km de la casa hay hípicas, campos de golf, club de tenis, clubs Náuticos y el Centro Comercial Outlet "La Roca Village" reconocido internacionalmente.
Mataró es la capital de la comarca, ciudad mediana, con todos los servicios, tiendas, centro comercial, supermercado, buenos restaurantes. Amplia zona costera con playas, llenas de vida.
En toda la zona hay varios restaurantes reconocidos por su cocina típica, buenas paellas, pescado fresco.
Se puede disfrutar de diferentes ofertas náuticas como el surf, wind surf, pádel surf, snorkel, vela...

Wat hebben we genoten van deze magische plaats. Zeer vriendelijke host, fijne ontvangst, goede uitleg en fijne aanbevelingen voor restaurants. Het appartement is ruim, proper en biedt enorm veel rust. Wij hopen ooit nog een keer terug te komen!

Mooi appartement voor met z’n tweeën voor enkele dagen. Leuke uitvalsbasis voor dagtochten. Zeer vriendelijke en goede communicatie en ontvangst. Goed dat je een eigen parkeerplek in de garage hebt, want op straat vind je geen parkeerplaats.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Aleix nous a bien accueilli et nous a parfaitement presenté le logement. Le centre-ville ainsi que les plages et la gare sont accessibles à pied assez facilement. Je conseille vivement. Cordialement.

Fue la mejor casa de Airbnb en la que nos hemos alojado, había más de lo que se veía en las fotos, el anfitrión estaba muy interesado, respondió muy rápidamente a nuestras preguntas, nos saludó en la puerta, no tuvimos ningún problema de transporte porque alquilamos un coche, la casa también tenía su propio aparcamiento, estábamos muy contentos, lo recomendamos a todo el mundo

Sònia a été très souple pour notre arrivée et nous a accueillis avec bienveillance. Elle nous a beaucoup aidés pour planifier nos visites à Barcelone. L'appartement est très agréable ; la plage / port sont accessibles rapidement à pied, ainsi que le centre ville de Matarò. Le parking est appréciable pour nous qui venions en voiture. Encore merci pour cet excellent séjour.

We stayed for 4 nights and everything with the apartment was great. The communication and check-in was easy and Sonja was very helpful. The apartment was 10 minutes away from old-town and there is a large and nice market just around the corner. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, and the apartment was very cozy. The balcony seems to have a lot of sun, but it was raining all the time we where there so didnt experience that. Still, we had a good time! Would totally recommend the place!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement était comme sur les photos, avec en prime une énorme terrasse supplémentaire avec des chaises longues, un barbecue, tout pour bien profiter du soleil de Barcelone. Sonia est même venu nous apportez des Fruits, des collations, du fait que nous sommes arrivés assez tard, l'appartement est calme et le parking en sous sol nous à vraiment été utile. Nous recommandons fortement!

Het verblijf van Sonia beantwoordde volledig aan onze verwachting. Sonia was erg behulpzaam bij het inchecken en was daarbij zeer flexibel. Ze legde alles zeer goed uit en onthaalde ons hartelijk. Het appartement had alles wat we ervan verwachtten en is goed uitgerust. We verbleven er met twee personen en dat was ideaal. De wifi is zeer goed om te telewerken. Aan het appartement is een handige parkeerplaats. De omgeving is zeer rustig en ook van de terrassen konden we erg genieten. Het strand is op wandelafstand. Barcelona zelf is wat verder gelegen, maar dat is ook correct beschreven in de advertentie. Dank je Sonia.

Me and my boyfriend spent 4 nights at MINI. Paula greeted us, explained the flat rules and showed us where everything was. The flat looked exactly like the pictures and it was very clean. Paula also recommended some places to eat and drink. It was very easy to get to the beach, just a 10-15 min walk straight to a beach access. Sonia, Paula and Helena were very responsive, they sent the check-in and check-out instructions beforehand and they were very accommodating. The area is quiet and it's not far from Mataro centre. I would stay again!

We had a great stay at Mataro! The appartment is as described, because of the hot weather the AC was very welcome. The location is great, 20 mins walking from the beach and the station, which has direct trains into Barcelona. There are also a lot of restaurants in the area, and there is a great supermarket literally across the street. The host was very friendly and very easily reachable. Overall I would really recommend this accommodation!

GPS found the apartment easily. Sonia came to greet us. You will need to find street parking until Sonia shows you how the garage works (excellent, but the space is a bit tight). Sonia was very helpful and thorough in showing us the complete property and explaining how everything works. She answered all our questions. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. Everything else was fresh and clean. Water is good and so is pressure. There is an upper balcony and a larger, lower terrace, which we did not expect. Comfy and clean. WiFi excellent.

I enjoyed living in this 1 bedroom apartment for a week. The outdoor patio spaces are huge, the living room is comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is spacious and clean, and I slept great. The building was easy to find and I enjoyed living in a community with many families. The parks nearby are great for all the children and I much appreciated being within a very short walk to the supermarket. Communication was excellent and I loved walking all over the community and being beachside.

L’appartement est super, que ce soit par la beauté du bien ou la localisation ! Pour passer des vacances apaisantes c’est le meilleur lieu, l’endroit est calme et c’est très agréable. De plus, l’accueil et la communication avec les hôtes étaient au top on a été accueilli extrêmement bien, et elles nous ont transmis toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour avec les bonnes adresses à visiter ! En vacances quelques jours avec notre enfant de presque 3 ans, une place de parking permet de poser la voiture à l'arrivée pour ensuite s'en passer totalement. Le centre de Mataro, sa plage et sa gare sont accessibles en une quinzaine de minutes à pied. le logement est conforme à la description, il est surtout très propre et pleinement équipé. L'accueil est professionnel et très agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter et songe déjà à revenir.

This is my 4th time staying here and the absolutely accurate description of this apartment and the friendly professionalism of the hosts, is what keeps me returning and why this apartment always gets first choice. On this occasion, the hosts also demonstrated their absolute flexibility and ability to change bookings and accommodate, where possible, at a moments notice, literally. I am just so overly impressed by the whole package that you get from this apartment and its hosts, that I always have to give it 5 stars on reviews, but only because there aren't more to give. The apartment is bright and airy, cosy and has an amazing amount of outdoor space with an enormous split level terrace. Whats new, is a fabulous awning, which worked pretty well for me as I was still able to sit on the terrace when it rained! The bathroom is always spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the apartment, which is the first thing that you notice on entering. This place is truly a home from home.

Muy contento con mi estadía en el departamento de la Sonia y Helena. Fue un placer comunicarme con ellas y fueron súper acomodadoras conmigo con mi llegada y ida. El departamento estaba impecable y tan lindo en la vida real que las fotos que aparecen en Airbnb. El dpto está súper cerca de los buses y la estación de tren para llegar a Barcelona mismo. Realmente recomiendo una estadía en este departamento y fue realmente un placer para mi con el nivel de comunicación de este equipo dinámico.

This was a fantastic place, really light and airy, clean and tidy, and lots of space. Two terraces, an upper and a lower one. Both are nice and the lower terrace has an outdoor shower. The apartment is comfortable and has aircon. The bedding and towels are fresh and there is also a washing machine. The apartment has parking underneath, which was very handy and also lots of free parking on the local streets. There’s a big supermarket less than five mins walk away and also a petrol station. I really liked the apartment and the relaxed attitude of the hosts. Sonia was the one who greeted me when I arrived and she was very pleasant and accommodating to my late checkout request. All in all, this is one of the better places I’ve stayed in Spain, and it will be my first choice when I return.

My partner and I stayed here for four nights, and it was exactly what we needed for our Mataro holiday. So clean, light, comfortable, everything worked well, nice location and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. They made sure we knew all the best spots to go to and even made sure we had beach towels for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Ver másSonia was ontzettend vriendelijk, meedenkend, en reageerde snel. De locatie is echt prachtig met loopafstand van zowel het strand, de supermarkt, centrum en het treinstation. Wij zouden iedereen aanraden om hier absoluut je vakantie te vieren, want de service en woning is echt een 10/10.
Dankjewel Sonia, Helena en Paula voor deze mooie ervaring! Mogelijk dat we elkaar weer volgend jaar zullen treffen 😉
The beach is beautiful and is about a 10-minute walk south. We used the train to get to Barcelona, because you cannot drive within the city without being certified. After seeing the congestion in the city, we were glad we took the train. The train station is toward the east end of the beach area when travelling from Sonia's. Do take time to explore Mataro. Sonia can tell you the best parts of town to visit and we took her good advice.
These ladies have been helping us since the day we booked the flat with extremely helpful tips. Their organization is sensational!
