L'APARTAMENT LORD JIM i EL SEU ESPAI
Entrant a l'apartament LORD JIM ens trobem davant una gran SALA D'ESTAR que ens convida a reunir-nos després d'un dia llarg de platja o d'excursions.
Lluminosa i còmoda on poder allargar les sobretaules, aquesta sala té accés a l'agradable BALCÓ on prendre l'aire.
Abans d'entrar a la sala ens trobem la CUINA ben equipada amb tot el que pugui necessitar per una estada més practica. Rentavaixelles, forn, microones, torradora, cafetera, utensilis de cuina...
L'apartament LORD JIM està totalment EQUIPAT i disposa d'AIRE CONDICIONAT a totes les habitacions i el saló menjador.
Les seves 3 HABITACIONS són dobles i amples.
2 habitacions amb dos llits individuals, una d'elles amb sortida al balcó
1 habitació amb llit de matrimoni també amb sortida al balcó.
També hi ha 2 BANYS complets, un bany amb banyera i un altre bany amb dutxa.

- No està permés parlar amb veu alta, ni musica, ni altres activitats sorolloses, a partir de les 21h i fins les 9h

EL BARRI i ELS SEUS VOLTANTS
L'apartament es troba a la costa nord de Mallorca, una de les zones més belles de l'illa, A la badia del Port de Pollença, al costat del Passeig dels Pins.
Aquesta badia es caracteritza per les seves platges d'aigües tranquil·les. Hi ha un Port esportiu i també un port pesquer. Recomanem a tots els nostres clients que visitin el mirador del Cap Formentor.
Les platges de Formentor es caracteritzen per la seva sorra blanca i les aigües cristal·lines de color blau turquesa, també pels pins que desprenen una agradable aroma al costat de la platja. L
a població més propera és el Port de Pollença, l'apartament està a uns 800 m del centre del poble.
No oblideu anar passejant per l'exclusiu passeig dels pins, un lloc tranquil, familiar on podran veure els pins inclinats sobre les aigües tranquil·les i els petits racons davant del mar.
Els dimecres hi ha mercat amb tota mena de fruites i verdures. També roba i souvenirs típics de l'illa i altres productes locals.
INTERACCIÓ AMB ELS HOSTES
Aquest apartament és la llar d'infància de la mare de la Sònia. Malauradament no ens trobem a l'illa i no ens podrem conèixer.
Tot i això ens agrada oferir-vos recomanacions per gaudir de l'entorn, consideracions i instruccions de la casa.
ABANS DE L'ARRIBADA
- Si us plau, tinguin en compte les normes de la casa abans de reservar.
- Necessitarem que enviï el contracte signat.
En treballar telemàticament estem estalviant recursos i contribuir a la preservació de l'entorn.
-Totes les persones a la reserva s'han d'identificar mostrant el seu document d'identitat.
Vostè haurà de compartir aquestes dades abans de l'entrega de claus.
- Compatirem amb vostè instruccions per a l'arribada a LORD JIM i la recollida de les claus.
- Compartirem amb vostè un mapa amb diferents serveis al voltant de l'apartament.

- Haurà de deixar l'apartament sense deixalles i la cuina recollida.

- No dubti en contactar amb nosaltres amb la seva opinió de l'estada, tota recomanació és benvinguda i ens ajuda a seguir treballant en millorar.
- Esperem que pugui dedicar un moment a deixar la seva avaluació de l'estada a LORD JIM.

Si us plau, comproveu que podreu complir amb les normes de la casa abans de fer una reserva. Per nosaltres és molt important respectar la tranquil·litat del barri residencial on s'ubica la casa.

NORMES DE LA CASA
- No es lloguen grups menors de 25 anys.
- El Contracte d'Arrendament de l'immoble per Temporada Turística s'acceptarà en reservar, i se signarà previ al lliurament de claus.
- Acceptació de la fiança. Aquesta es farà a l'arribada mitjançant preautorització amb targeta de crèdit
- Totes les persones de la reserva s'han d'identificar mostrant el document d'identitat. Se'ls sol·licitarà abans i durant la benvinguda.
- Durant la vostra estada, els menors sempre han de ser supervisats per un adult, són responsabilitat exclusiva dels seus pares/tutors.
- També cal eliminar les escombraries de l'allotjament periòdicament per evitar olors i brutícia.
- Entre tots hem de respectar i preservar els recursos que tenim, si us plau, eviteu el malbaratament i l'ús negligent dels recursos.
El malbaratament, el consum abusiu o l'ús negligent de l'electricitat, l'aigua i el gas. No està inclòs i es pot descomptar de la fiança.
NO ESTÀ PERMÈS
- Allotjar o convidar més persones que les registrades al formulari de reserva.
- Dur a terme activitats sorolloses (música, converses en veu alta...) a partir de les 21:00 i abans de les 09:00 del matí. És molt important respectar el descans dels nostres veïns.
- Organitzar esdeveniments, festes, comiats de solter, així com qualsevol comportament inadequat.
- Utilitzar tovalloles de bany per a la platja o la piscina. La devolució en mal estat incorrerà en una despesa addicional.
- No es permet als hostes fumar dins de la casa; si ho desitgen, poden fumar als espais exteriors de la propietat. En aquest cas, s'han de fer servir cendrers i respectar les zones enjardinades, terrasses o balcons.
- No es permet grups d'estudiants.
- No es permeten mascotes.
EN CAS D'INCOMPLIMENT DE QUALSEVOL DE LES REGLES, LA CASA HAURÀ DE SER ABANDONADA

Sonia was such a friendly and responsive host. She really kindly accommodated our needs re an early check in and later check out, for which we were very grateful. The location of the apartment is super. So close to the sea and the amenities of the pine walk, whilst being so peaceful. The living area was a great size and the kitchen was really well stocked.

4 of us (sisters and sister-in-law) stayed here for a week. The apartment met our expectations and suited our needs perfectly. The air con throughout the apartment was a boon and helped make our stay comfortable. The location is wonderfully quiet but also within walking distance of the beach. We did not have a car but used the very efficient and reasonably priced local taxi service to go a bit further afield (my sister had a broken foot so mobility was a wee bit restricted). There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the area and we ate out most of the time. However, the apartment kitchen is very well equipped for preparing meals. There is also a utility space for doing any laundry, which we found useful. The apartment has a relaxed ambiance and the various paintings lent it a homely personal feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would come again.

L'appartement est spacieux, un peu ancien et plutôt sombre mais propre, dans un quartier paisible Très proche de la plage mais à 15-20 min des commerces. La 2ème salle de bains est petite. Sònia, bien que gérant à distance, est très réactive et il est facile de communiquer avec elle. Les serviettes de plage à disposition ont été appréciées.

The apartment is as described with all necessary amenities, although in fact it's darker inside than on the photos. Note that the apartment is not new, and renovation would upgrade the coziness. Surroundings are relatively private and the beach within walkable distance. Air conditioning works well. Sonia was very responsive during our stay.

We had a wonderful weeks stay at Sonia's apartment. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay, which was primarily to have closeness to the beach in a peaceful area with having the comforts of home. It was very clean, from the bedding to the bathrooms to the kitchen which had everything we needed for cooking at home. The balcony was great for breakfast outside in the morning to evening meals at the end of a day at the beach 🙂 We loved the 'residential' feel being up in the trees and watching the cats each morning. Sonia was a very friendly and helpful host and nothing felt like too much trouble if we had a question. A fabulous holiday in a great apartment in the most beautiful part of Spain. Thank you Sonia X

Huoneistossa vietimme 12 päivää kolmen aikuisen ja kolmen alle viisi vuotiaan lapsen kanssa. Huoneisto sijaitsee rauhallisen päättyvän kadun varrella lähellä rantaa. Isolta parvekkeelta näkee kauniin puutarhan ja kadunvarren isot männyt. Parvekkeelta näkee myös vähän merelle. Kerrostaloa ja huoneistoa on hyvin huollettu. Kaikki on siistissä kunnossa. Huoneisto on siivottu tarkasti. Huoneistosta löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen lapsiperheen loman viettoon. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu. Huoneistossa ei ole imuria, joten harjaa, rikkalapiota ja moppia käytetään lattioiden siivoamisessa. Kaikki tekniset laitteet toimivat. Majoittajan kanssa on helppo viestitellä. Hän on joustava ja avulias sekä vastaa nopeasti kysymyksiin. Huoneisto ja palvelu vastasi odotuksia. Voisin vuokrata tämän kohteen uudelleen.

Spacious, very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment 2 steps from the ocean. Quiet street within walking distance to bike rental, restaurants, bars, etc. Parking spot a plus. We really enjoyed our stay there. Communication with the host was great, very proactive and responsive. Would come back again!

Love the location.Beautiful stone walk along the beachfront for miles.Mountains all around.Great restaurants everywhere.Although an older Airbnb the advantage is it was a good size.Included covered parking was a bonus.All appliances worked well.

Bonito piso totalmente equipado en una ubicación preciosa. Tuvimos la impresión de que todo estaba dentro. Desde el balcón se ve un trozo de mar, palmeras y pinos. Nos gustaron mucho los cuadros del interior. La zona era muy tranquila y apacible, un poco lejos del centro pero para nosotros eso es un plus. .

On a quiet street off the far end of the Pine Walk you are guaranteed a relaxing space at Lord Jim. With attractive pines shading the balcony in the afternoon the apartment remains reasonably cool. A very short stroll to relax in a shady spot by the sea or swim and The Store is only a short walk. The apartment also has everything you need for a longer stay: washing machine, functional kitchen & plenty of space. 10-15 minute walk into the town, perhaps the only downside is the distance to the bus station but for the quiet location that is unavoidable.

The apartmentwas well appointed and spacious. It was large for my family of 4 and 6 people would fit very comfortably. The area is quiet and safe with beautiful walks along the sea front to white sandy beaches and good restaurants. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided lots of local information + easy to follow check in instructions. Overall it was the perfect place for our family vacation.

Have really enjoyed a few days staying in Sonia and Helena’s beautiful apartment. Perfect peaceful location at the top of the pine walk and easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Only a couple of minutes walk from the sea. Added bonus of beach towels and chairs. The apartment has a lovely balcony for meals and drinks. Well equipped kitchen too if you want to self cater. Sonia and Helena were perfect hosts; responded quickly to all my queries and very friendly and helpful.

Sonia and Helena place was a perfect choice for our holiday. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need for a week-long stay or more. The location is perfect, near the beach and promenade. Neighborhood is calm and quiet. The place was really clean. Beautiful location, just moments away from the stunning Pine Walk, which is the best side of Puerto Pollenca, peaceful, beautiful villas, and small beach sections (which mean they don't get overcrowded). The apartment is set in a quiet residential road, with no noise from other residents in the neighbouring apartments. The hosts, although remote were responsive, helpful and friendly. With a hire car we could easily visit other beautiful parts of the island, and would recommend the wooden train from Soller to Palma, as well as a boat trip from Puerto Soller. However there is plenty to do in Puerto Pollenca and Pollenca itself.

Die Unterkunft ist ordentlich, gut ausgestattet und leicht zu finden. Zum Meer sind es nicht ein mal 2 Minuten, zum baden und schwimmen eignen sich andere Orte jedoch besser. Der Norden bietet jedoch genügend Strände und Attraktionen, um einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu verbringen !

La nostra estada a Mallorca ha estat genial. L'apartament és còmode i ampli, amb tot el que es necessita per a una estada allà. L'entorn on està ubicat és meravellós, segons el nostre criteri immillorable. Es veu el mar al final del carrer, a prop de moltíssims llocs bonics que visitar i en una zona molt tranquil·la. Hem estat com a casa i ens ha encantat allotjar-nos en aquest apartament. Agraïr la comunicació tan fluida, l'amabilitat i la flexibilitat, us ho agraïm moltíssim. Un 10!

We spent a perfect few days at the apartment, lovely peaceful location - a stone's throw from the bay - had some lovely morning swims! the apartment has everything you need and very comfortable beds. It is a short and beautiful walk (around ten mins) along the pine walk to the main restaurants and bars etc, but this was definitely a plus for us. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Lisa and family x

Lord Jim is a lovely apartment with three spacious bedrooms. It was very clean and the hosts were very prompt with communication too. It’s very near the sea (you can see it at the end of the road). The beach / shops are a short walk away - around 20 minutes, and a perfect spot for cycling too.

We had a lovely week in Sonia and Helena’s apartment. The location is a short walk from the centre but lovely and peaceful. There is parking but we tended to park on the street outside as plenty of space. Clean apartment and beautiful artwork! We stayed with our 6month old son and the baby cot was clean and comfortable. Also had highchair and baby cutlery/bowls/cups etc. Would highly recommend!

Very spacious apartment with close proximity to the sea and the stunning Pine Walk. If you're a cyclist it's the perfect location at the start of the route to Cap de Formentor and the lighthouse. 3 large bedrooms, and open living area with a balcony so perfect for a family or group of friends on holiday. Communication and check in was perfect, quick and very easy. We will certainly return.

Soggiorno perfetto all' appartamento non mancava assolutamente nulla anzi trovato di più di quello che ci si aspettava. Buona posizione per raggiungere Cap Formenton (fantastico) e spiagge in zona Alcudia. Le altre calette sono indicativamente a piu' di un'ora ma nessun problema avendo affittato l'auto. Centro del paese raggiungibile con una bella camminata sulla stradina bordo mare e alberi caratteristici della zona bellissimi.

This apartment was ideal for 4 adults and 2 kids. It’s a really spacious apartment in a great location. The beaches and pine walk are moments away and there is a local supermarket close by. The area is great for cycling as well. We had a great host experience and would stay in the property again!

Just a stones throw from the pine tree walk of port de pollensa beach front this really is the perfect location. The area is very quiet and the beds were comfortable so a good nights sleep was guaranteed. The flat was so well equipped and had everything you could need. It was clean and well considered and although a bit basic in its furnishings it was very well thought out with a high chair, kids table and chairs and sun loungers etc. the joys communicated well and were helpful.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Meer. Sonia & Helena waren sehr hilfsbereit und standen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir warn mit unserem 1 Jahre alten Kind in der Wohnung. Es gab ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

It is a spacious flat in a super location, very quiet but only 15-20 mins walk into the centre of the town. The host was prompt in responding to our questions, there was ample linen and all amenities were as described.

We had a pleasant 5 day stay at Lord Jim. The apartment is spacious with a good sized fully functioning kitchen as well as a utility area. There are 3 good sized bed rooms with 2 of them having access to a first floor balcony. The location is a 15/20 minute walk from the centre , but we found that to be a plus as the pine walk along the coast is so beautiful. One negative was that for what ever reason we were not able to log onto the wifi, but hopefully that will get sorted out.

We had a great time and found the apartment to be very comfortable, spacious and in a pleasant quiet location just yards from the beach, with a nice walk to the restaurants. Communications were punctual and positive. Highly recommended.

Flat was lovely and location fantastic, it was so close to the sea. We had some problems with WiFi but apart from that everything else was fine. Flat is spacious and cosy. We would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Great place to stay. It’s located in a very quiet area at the northern end of the town. There is everything you need in the apartment. There is ample free parking on the street and a designated bay for any cars. There is a small beech about 150m away.

Apartament has everything needed and feels cosy and like an home, the neighborhood is really nice and quit,which will make you feel undisturbed. Sonia&Helena was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended it!

Veure més/// Ładny w pełni wyposażony apartament w pięknym miejscu. Mieliśmy wrażenie że w środku jest wszystko. Z balkonu widać kawałek morza, palmy i sosny. Bardzo podobały nam się obrazy w środku. Okolica była bardzo cicha i spokojna, oddalona nieco od centrum ale jak dla nas to plus. .
All the restaurants and shops were within an easy 500-700m walk. We loved our daily strolls. Kitchen well equipped for our 2 week stay.
Parking was available which was handyas we rented a car.
Sonia was lovely to talk to if we had any problems and always quick to respond.
One of our best stays and highly recommend.
Parking was nice as we had a car for excursions in the area.
Loved having breakfast at the balcony.

Although flat was quite basic, it was a great space to chill out after the beach.

The place is maintenance in perfect condition. With access to AC, Wi Fi, washing machine and dryer as well as other household appliances. In the apartment you can find sun loungers and umbrella as well as books and children's beach toys, which helps enjoy your time.
Sonia and Helena are the best hosts I've had so far. Brilliant communicators with immediate respond when you need them.
Would recommended in 100%!!!
