CABRILS is a small coastal town, located at comfortable distances by car: PLAYA (5 minutes), BARCELONA (25 minutes), GIRONA and COSTA BRAVA (1 hour), La Roca Village (15 minutes), Water Park (8 minutes), Bosque Aventura (30 minutes), Golf (15 minutes) and Airports of Barcelona and Girona (55 minutes). It is the third municipality with the highest per capita income in Catalonia and the eighth in Spain.
CABRILS is characterized by its residential URBANIZATIONS, close to beaches, recreational harbours, sports centres and all kinds of recreational activities.
It is listed as one of the main GASTRONOMIC VILLAS, with several restaurants in the MICHELÍN GUIDE.

PRIVATE TRANSPORT: We advise on how to combine the use of PRIVATE TRANSPORT with the use of PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
- OWN VEHICLE: It is essential to have your vehicle to move.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: some different services and lines connect Vilassar de mar with the surroundings and Barcelona.
- TAXIS: There is a local taxi driver. The journeys must be booked well in advance.
- BUS: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.

- TRAIN: The nearest train station is VILASSAR DE MAR. The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.
BARCELONA: it is about 30-40 minutes by car. Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can travel within the city: search for ZBE Barcelona.

Being able to know our guests is important to us and we like to offer them recommendations, also, during the welcome, we will do the following:
- Explanation of the rules, considerations and instructions of the house, along with recommendations to enjoy the environment.
- Explanations for check-out. (Departure).
- Collection of tourist tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card, although we do not always have the latter option. (Cost of tourist tax: € 0.99 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years old)
- Deposit: it will be made on arrival if the reservation platform has not made it. It will be done through a credit card pre-authorization.
- Signature of the house rules.
- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.
"Our destination depends on your responsibility":
The Tourist Seasonal Property Lease Agreement will be accepted when booking and will be signed before the delivery of the keys.
- All persons on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document.
- Minors are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians, and must always be supervised by an adult.
- The garbage must be classified and deposited daily outside the property, in the DIFFERENT PUBLIC CONTAINERS on the streets.
- Guests undertake to make a responsible and rational consumption of our scarce natural resources.
This house was restored for greater ACTIVE AND PASSIVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY, thus protecting our natural environment.
- Student groups.
- Host or invite more people, different from those registered when booking.
- Noisy activities (music, screaming ...), starting at 9:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m.
- Alter the right to rest of the neighbours, with incivility behaviours, events, parties and/or bachelor parties.
- Use glass in the pool area.
- Use bath towels, for the beach or the pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional expense.
- Smoking inside the house; if you wish, you can smoke outside.
- Waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE SHOULD BE LEFT.
