The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen and 1 large living room, all with modern decoration. The kitchen-dining room opens to the terrace and the porch has a BBQ to enjoy outdoors.
We consider that it is essential to come with your vehicle, but it is not a problem because the property can be accessed with a vehicle and it has parking space for several cars.
THE HOUSE AND SPACE
The accommodation is very bright and pleasant with unbeatable views. VISTAMAR has 4 rooms.
Room 1: with double bed (from the bed we can see the sea).
Bedroom 2: with two single beds.
Bedroom 3: with two single beds.
Room 4: with double bed (We are currently working to adapt the room for greater comfort for our guests)
In total there are 2 bathrooms, both with bath and shower.
This house has been completely renovated and decorated with very good taste, modern and functional style. The living room, the garden porch, the kitchen, everything is connected in a very pleasant large space.
The exterior is spacious, it has a sofa and some tables and chairs for lunch or dinner on the terrace.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
VISTAMAR is exclusively for its guests.
ACCESS AND GARAGE: private
The house has a covered and closed garage, an access ramp and an area where you can also park another vehicle.
Both doors are automatic.
You can park for free on the street.
THE GARDEN: private
It must be preserved, please respect the garden areas.
THE SWIMMING POOL: private
It is located at the top of the property, surrounded by a fence and accessible from stairs.
We hope you respect the rules of use and clothing, in this area, there is also a comfortable chill-out area with sofas under a pergola and sunbeds for sunbathing.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is located in Alella, very close to Barcelona (about 17 km) about 15-30 minutes by car, well connected by road and train.
Alella is an area of wines and wineries with a lot of charm to make a wine tourism route through the different vineyards of the Alella D.O. Alella Designation of Origin.
There are many shops where you can buy and taste the wines of the area, as well as a long list of good restaurants where you can savour the charms of Mediterranean cuisine.
The beautiful beaches of El Masnou are only 5 minutes away by car. A few minutes from the marina, golf, horse riding, ...
El Masnou is the coastal town that borders Alella.
El Masnou is a town of sailors, with a large marina 1 km away, full of good restaurants, bars, pubs, discos and places to have a drink or a good aperitif facing the sea.
El Masnou is located in the heart of El Maresme, a really quiet and relaxing area, with crystalline beaches and the promenade that reaches Barcelona, for lovers of cycling or jogging.
The house is close to the Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya, for fans of Formula 1, Moto GP or the many events that take place throughout the year.
THE REGION: "El Maresme" stands out for its temperate Mediterranean climate, mild temperatures throughout the year, sunnier and brighter days, colourful in its spectacular landscapes, intense blue on its coast and in its skies that combine with the bright green of its mountains.
The location between small mountains and The Mediterranean Sea, its proximity to the city of Barcelona, makes this area an ideal place to spend an unforgettable family vacation.
The towns of "El Maresme" are charming little towns, surrounded by comfortable and private urbanizations, the best golf courses, marinas, all kinds of recreational activities, horseback riding, sports centres, wide sandy beaches.
It also offers one of the best gastronomic offers in Spain, with several Michelin-starred restaurants.
HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA
PRIVATE TRANSPORT: We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport.
-OWN VEHICLE: We consider it essential to have your vehicle to move.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: some different services and lines connect Alella with the surroundings and Barcelona
-TAXIS: There is a regular taxi service.
We have the contact of a taxi driver of our confidence in case you want to arrange your transfer to and from the airport in advance.
All services must be booked in advance.
-BUS: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.
-TRAIN: The nearest train station is EL MASNOU.
The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 30 minutes.
BARCELONA: is about 30 minutes by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can travel within the city search for ZBE Barcelona.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We give independence to our guests, but we are available if they need us. Being able to know our guests is important to us and we like to offer them recommendations, also, during the welcome, we will:
- Explanation of the rules, considerations and instructions of the house, along with recommendations to enjoy the neighbourhood.
- Explanations for check-out. (Departure).
- Collection of tourist tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
(Cost of tourist tax: € 0.99 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years old)
- Deposit: it will be made on arrival if the reservation platform has not made it. It will be done through a credit card pre-authorization.
- Signature of the house rules.
- Signing of the temporary tourist rental contract.

-All people in the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document. Documents will be requested before and can be requested during the welcome.
-During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians
-You must also remove the garbage from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt and we beg you to avoid waste and negligent use of resources, electricity, water and gas, we must respect and preserve the resources we have, excessive use can mean that the deposit is not returned in full.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED:
- Host or invite more people than those registered when making the reservation.
- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations ...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
- Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any unsuitable behaviour.
- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional expense.
- No guest is allowed to smoke inside the house, if they wish, they can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the property. In that case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies.
- Student groups are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.
